    Hello.

I was thinking of advertising one of my money making websites by driving into New York City, and handing out flyers.

I am curious, however, as to the legalities of such an action. If I simply stand on a corner and hand flyers to people that pass by, can I be sued or arrested?

I will be grateful to anyone who can shed some light on this.

    Thank you.

There is actually a law about posting flyers on posts (not that it stops anyone), but I don't think that there's one about handing them out. If there is, it's just a "hey, buddy, stop doing that" kind of thing...
