I agree, worth reg fee, adding words to good keywords doesn't make a domain name valuable for selling purpose. It can turn out to be a good brandable domain name if the word added makes sense, but still that doesn't neccessarily means you can sell that domain name easily.
Thanks for the replies. I wasn't looking to sell it, I will be developing it, I just needed to know if the domain sounds good and all.
I think it sounds, OK. The Google results aren't much but it is somewhat memorable. It will definetly hold more value once developed but as for now I am thinking low xx resale if you can sale it as is.
