Yahoo is definitely taking too much time to test this new adsense prog. I can't wait to tes...make some green outa it
nice to hear that yahoo is coming as a competetor to google.google always tries to kick publishers and eat the amount.
if a publisher is kicked out, the amount in their account will be paid back to the advertisers who were suffered from the clicks from that particular adsense account. they r not eating it.
So this is for all of those who are running both, YPN and Adsense: How do those 2 compare? (income wise, relevant ads displayed etc.) I'm still waiting to be accepted by Yahoo!
Mike, I'm not sure how the 2 compare and I don't really care! Yahoo!! in their infinate wisdom, have elected to ban some of my sites for reasons unknown to me. I'm on my second consecutive month of banner breaking AS earnings. It is not my prime source of income so...as long as my earnings continue to improve why would I even think about it? IMO
We're they 'Built for Yahoo' sites, even though they we're probably 'Built for AdSense'? Snigger. Hm.. I think I've found a work-around for building sites for AdSense. I'll build them for Yahoo in future, and since I aren't accepted in to YPN! yet I'll just place AdSense on them in the meantime. Sawted. Pete
aeiouy, this was the response I got when I emailed them: Mike, I have my suspicions what it was and have since stopped doing *What I think* may have triggered it. I have made changes that *may* have even been close to violating their TOS. Rereviewed 4 times now with no success. Yahoo!! will not confirm or deny my infraction(s). It has been about 3 months now. As far as the YPN, I'll just wait to hear from some of the users that can give an honest comparison .
When the Yahoo YPN will be available for worldwide it will really hurt google as many ppl will move to YPN thats for sure.
