Official thread about Paypal limitation?

I have been on this forum for a while and I keep seeing the same questions:
"How do I get rid of paypal limitation?", "How many days till I can withdraw", "How do I get my paypal verified" and etc.

Will somebody wake up and take the time to make a thread about all this stuff?
I am sure I am not the only one that is sick of seeing people ask the same questions over and over again!

I am just giving the idea away because I can't be asked since I don't have time to sort this all out and put it one thread.

    OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
    1) If it's not too much asked, I would add to the sticky: "Do not sells limited paypal accounts" ( Or something similar to stop people from trying to sell their accounts ).
    2) I would ask people to stop talking about their paypal stories which nobody cares about.

    :p

Eww... I'm just thinking about it again and this should probably be in the suggestion forum place right? Sorry if it is the case.

It would be good to have it on the forum as well. But only the questions about limitations and verifications so people don't make unnecessary thread.
    Thanks.

You should see the rest of their (microsites) posts.

There's already an announcement in the B/S/T which bans all account sales. Your #2 would be nice because all I see are useless complaints from people who don't understand how things work with PayPal. I'm sure that even with a break down of answers to the most common questions, people would still make new posts questioning the events that happen.
