What is the official google policy in regard to placing adsense on a poker related site/blog? Can anyone post a link here? Thanks

They don't mention poker by name, but I would suggest it falls under gambling. There are many ways to monetize a poker site, I would not risk my adsense account on it.

That's what I finally decided. Although I might have been in a gray area it wasn't worth the risk. I'm going to monetize it via MoreNiche instead now.

Yes I would steer clear of AdSense on this one, you might want to try adding a search box from SearchAnyway: searchanyway.com

They have very high payouts and will allow almost any type of site to join their network as an affiliate.

I think it would be more profitable to go with affiliate ads tailored to poker sites rather then google's adsense program

Ok, if it's illegal to put adsense on a poker site....how come when you
do put adsense on a poker site poker links show up. Seems to me Google is letting poker related sites to advertise.
