There seems to be a flaw in your logic of you'd have picked the one that earned less ;) :p

No flaw at all... I checked several and still AA did better. Where is the flaw in there?

I am shocked that you think that even a 50% decrease in earnings is acceptable, particularly when there has been no explanation from MediaWhiz.

Something has changed with the way that the commissions at AuctionAds are being given out. That is an undeniable fact. And if you are okay with this and okay with MediaWhiz denying this fact, then that is your own decision, but I for one will not use or support a company that is doing this.

Who said it was acceptable ? I said that even with this it still is doing better than other programs.

Again, you take me from somebody from AA talking to you. I am a publisher just like you are and from my own experience I am telling you what is my case.

I do expect AA to take measures asap. But quitting AA now? No, I don't think so especially when I see revenue still coming in.

Earnings for you are still better with AA than other networks.

Once again, just because this is the case for you does not mean that is the case for everybody. Earnings have dropped like a stone for most publishers...And most people I have talked to have said that other networks now perform much better. No explanation from MediaWhiz other than "nothing has changed" when clearly this is not the case. This, to me, is unacceptable.

    We're running in circles here.

I'm really disappointed at this time with AA but I'm willing to wait more but not for long. My earnings with AA have dropped almost 100%..

For your info, I know for a fact that AA are checking what is wrong and are working on a solution.

Aside from this: yes, they should communicate, but that we do all agree on.

I sent an enquiry and they did not get back to me. Last time shoemoney was fast with his response.

Kinda disappointed that the quality of service dropped after being brought over.

It sure would be nice to get some OFFICIAL WORD rather then all this "I know for a fact" insider garbage which looks like little more then hearsay as NOTHING is being done.

And yes, I know for a fact that NOTHING is being done. I read the blog on AA ;)

Though, I must say, I got 2 clicks yesterday...the first two in two weeks...maybe they are doing something *smirk*

Simple, by speaking to the people concerned. Believe what you want to believe.
And there is no reason in attacking me folks, if you don't agree, so be it.

How is it that "the people concerned" speak to you, and only you?

I'm not sure what I would rather believe. That you make this all up, you're a plant, or you actually have an inside line of communication, which means some publishers are treated better than others.

Hey, I send mails and get reactions, it is that simple. I also give feedback etc. That's all there is to it. If that annoys you, so be it.

I never said it annoys me.

It's just stunning how a select few publishers, who also are vocal defenders of AA, seem to always have an inside communication channel, the rest of us are not privileged enough to enjoy.

And it is terribly disappointing that AuctionAds/MediaWhiz don't provide a consistent level of service and support to their publishers.

I don't consider me to be a 'select' publisher... all of my fellow publisher friends got feedback so... dunno. Let's see what happens in the next days.

A lot of publisher friends here got nothing when it comes to feedback. MediaWhiz must be showing some exceptional bias to you and your associates. Lucky for you, unlucky for the rest of us.

Yeah, well enough said on this. It's up to them to respond to all these questions not me. So I will refrain from posting on this matter for now. But just to conclude, I have good faith in a happy end for all of you.

I waited for an entire month and nothing happened...Nothing makes me think that this is going to change all of a sudden, particularly during the next few days.

You claim that MediaWhiz is looking into this, maybe they are, maybe not...one thing's for sure, if they are looking into it, they haven't made it very clear and it is taking them a long time to do it. It's been a month. I asked them more than once 2-3 weeks ago what was going on, and both times they told me that "nothing is working unexpectedly"...yet you are telling me that they recognize a problem and are addressing it?

If that is the case, then we are being told different things. I'd almost rather be ignored than lied to. As somebody said earlier, it's not the earnings that really bothers me at this point since I've dropped the program...It's the principle of this issue that really bothers me.

I signed up early - the first week of March. Since then, I have sent 3 messages to tech support and accounts. I never received a reply to any of them.

All messages were politely worded and had to do with keywords, payments, and most recently tracking. My main campaign is dead with zero clicks and revenue. It used to earn money.

There is no activity at all from MW. Not on the blog, not on forums, not from support. What is it we are waiting for? Publishers are still running ads that are generating sales. So where is the missing revenue? Either it's with eBay, CJ, or MW. Certainly, the correct amount is not going out to publishers. We are looking more and more like fools.

The high traffic season is just around the corner. Either AA gets fixed very soon or most publishers will move on if they haven't done so already.
