They never established on site, or official threads on forums. When I saw that some members are talking about that, I sent them mail, and they respond was:

Hello After having no trouble with netload they just blocked my account and all payment was cancelled. the only reason I get to know: "only 2 day sales" which simply is not true. support is not able to answer now for 6 days. I had like 600 USD on my account..anyone with similar problems and an idea what to do??

 

Just try to send them as many mails as you can explaining that you didn't do anything out of rules.
btw. little update about netload payouts: Today I've got payment requested on 2 April 2012 on paypal. So I think you will all get your payouts soon .
