If you upload file not in FILE Manager, it will create the folder by date. And cannot move files now.

That is funny. How can a company that stole design of other sites be successful? It is absolutely clear that you have taken design of our site - uploading.com (and may be design of other sites), and you are even not ashamed of that! How can you create anything yourself if you even could not professionally integrate the stolen design into your site?!

We really hope that there won't be partners who would like to join your service. You seem to not respect your customers at all...
