I feel i have to address this again.

You guys should know that this mass deletion is a huge deal especially if you're uploading big files - 1GB per file. It takes time.

Since your techs are not able to tweak the function for the current version then that's unfortunate. But how much more mass deletions are there going to be? It's neither here nor there. It's been 6 months and V2 is still not out yet. If V2 is going to be out in December, that's another 7 mass deletion altogether that's going to happen. By then, my account will be good as new - meaning I didn't even upload anything in the first place since all the files are already wiped out.

I've at least referred to 10 online friends about MegaShare and they've started using MS. Please, come up with a solution in the time being unless V2 is going to be launched in the next month? I don't mind waiting but the mass deletion is a killer.

I know MS staff are a bunch of awesome people but I would really appreciate if you'd so something.

I know how it's feel when hundreds of files got deleted at once. I have just sent an email to tech and strongly asked them to resolve the issue, I am sure there will be some response.

I forgot to tell one thing to you..

Few days I got a mail from a user of my site and he stated that he bought a premium account from Megashare. Payment was made successfully via Paypal. But he didn't received any login details. He even sent a mail to Megashare Support as well but didn't got any response. Finally he open a dispute with Paypal.

 

Do we get paid for referrals??

 

Till how long files were present? I didnt get any of my files deleted[touch wood]? Its there from two months

Mass deletion, again, 477 files deleted, uploaded from 09.01.2011 to 11.02.2011.

 

yah mass deletion is causing trouble for everyone, please do somthing to save our files.

 

I have got a reply from our marketing director that he'll look into this issue.

I hope there will be some sort of fix now!

I hope to get it soon because i am good in reffering people but current version don't provide refferal stats so i am not reffering any one for the time being.

 

Update- I am nearing 17k uniques, will reach till 20k or more and then ask for payout
