Are there any plans to increase the features that the widgets have when it comes to customizing the skin, the use of SUB ID's and post-backs, how long the gateway is unlocked for or maybe another feature that competing networks use?

 

Just a heads up to LeadBolt, if you made your referral program 5% for the life of a referral then I may put some effort into promotting you but as it stands right now CPALead are giving me a far better deal.

Skins
The ability to upload custom skins on our system is NOT allowed to everyone for good Reason...
As you know many of the networks are allowing custom skins to be uploaded with little or no regulation. These skins include
> Nudity
> Facebook Logos
> flase marketing
> the word(s) Free
> cash incent

these are SERIOUS violations to advertiser TOS in a niche that is already considered risky. I assure you it is only a matter of time before you miss payments from these networks start missing payments again....

If you email custom skins to your account manager they CAN be uploaded provided they are acceptable

We have added multivariate testing to our VIP service. This means you may upload up to 10,000 variations to a gateway. Our system will try all possible combinations and determine which one has the best epc and only run that one. We have found the best strategy for this sort of multivariate testing can be accomplished by "CALL TO ACTION" . We have sene memebers increase EPCS 15% on their own w/ hard work.

Does leadbolt offers any sort of gateway customization?

I'm masking particularly for the close button, is there any option to disable the close button, so the user is forced to complete the offer before accessing my content?

 

Go to "Manage Sites / Apps" and select "expand" which should create a popup to edit your unlocker. From there you can select whether you would like to show or hide the close button.

 

Another question, when creating a content unlocker, I see they have several options.

One of those options is Adult?!

Can I use a site with pornographic content with leadbolt?

 

If you select the category as adult then yes.

 

One last question (I hope I'm not bothering you)

Can I use copyrighted content with leadbolt without fearing for an account ban or not receiving my earnings?

 

If you don't have permission from the creator of the content then that would be a no you cannot use it.

That may be possible but I don't believe that LeadBolt would "officially" allow that meaning that they may let it temporarily slide until they receive enough complaints.

 

I get it, besides, it seems that even currently, after all the complaints made against cpa lead which resulted in the history that we all know, there are many affiliates still promoting movie sites with cpa lead.

And this is a fact, I've been having a close eye on some movie sites which clearly promote new movies and tv shows, and they remain active with cpa lead gateways!

With this I mean, if even after all the complaints, cpa lead, still lets this slide, it should probably not be a big deal with leadbolt.

Specially because they don't refer it on their TOS!

 

yes , a lot of movies/tv sites out there still using cpalead gateway. It is kind of grey area I think.

 

This maybe an ridiculous question. But is it necessary to file a tax form? or SSN number? I once got f***** in a network.

Just how long does it take for a new site to be approved, I signed up 2 days ago with them, added my sites, and they still haven't been aproved!?

I mean, I'm brazilian, I'm a decent english writer but the worst speaker on the world. I will not understand a word if someone calls me.
And I'm curious about copyright material. It's not even on their TOS anyway.

I was using sharecash, great website, but it's scary that CPA leads pay way more, and it's easier than sharecash to get views, I think.
Edit: I'm saying CPA leads not the program, but the leads, the completed offer, that's what they call them right?

I honestly never understood why people use Sharecash at all. If you have something worth downloading then you should put your own gateway on it instead of sharing the revenue with them and keep 100% of the profits for yourself.

Oh, and they never called me, so I dont think you have to worry about the phone problem. They dont interview you, but they still need a contact number. Makes sense.
