    I check the account tab saying "Note: PayPal can only be used for payments which are less than $500."

    Does it means if my earning for specific month is great than $500, then can't use Paypal?

    if you have over $500 in your account then you will get an email regarding update "wire detail" . If you have not received it yet its mean your balance is less than 500 . But if you have wire payment option and your balance is less than $500 then leadbolt charge $20 as a wire fee.

    we have some publishers who run $200 per day. They provide feedback, assist us with leadbolt. They never try to submit obviously illegal gateways and content which is a time saver for us. we reward publishers like this.

    Yes , they do it but not each time, they will charge 1.5% of whole amount and it can happen 1-2 time only .
