But i think Mods should have the word Moderator in their user title because many banned guys send me bad emails and send me bad IM messages thinking me as a mod(basically noobs) seeing my post count

Technically that is correct and they will learn quickly who is a Mod and who isn't

 

Even easier is to just make him a mod and let him deal with it all
