Official Identity

Hello DP,

I have one new suggestion. Hope you all like it.

Every DP official person like Shawn (Admin) and other Moderators mentioned their identity in their account Title. Like Shawn already placed his identity Administrator into his account title.

So I think all moderators also mention their identity on his account title so that every newbie knows the official members of the forum.

LOL! I think he meant so if anyone has a problem they could nag you . If someone has a problem or needs to contact a mod they can use the report button and or check out the user groups.

 

so you are a mod, actually i was wondering how the mods are selected. is it on the basis of the number of posts, or with the quality of posts. perhaps you are also paid, or you are just doing to volentarily, thanks!

How about color change of mods and admin usernames as most of other forums have ?

 

Yet you overcame that rule and became a Mod anyway

 

Why should we be more recognizable than you lot? We are members here above all. On top of that, we spend a bit of time moderating. We don't want to stand out of the crowd just for our permissions.

If someone needs a mod to do something they can use the post report features or look us up via the homepage.

If you are working as usual members, then why not involved in forum posting or creating new threads or BST section. ?

I have 13K+ posts, seems pretty involved to me. Maybe not the last few months but on and off depending on how busy I am. I also have a current BST thread with 500 replies.

Its not only you, but most of mods work as moderators only.

 

Seven of us are above you in the memberlist sorted by post so I'm not really following your argument.
