they are probably older than 60 days whith no downloads, but why they are getting deleted if i have a premium account?

 

They shouldn't be deleted if you are a Premium. PM me a link to one of a file that were deleted.

 

Having trouble with ftp account....

Reset password as im starting to do that every few days and now getting login error:

Response:	530 Login incorrect.

Code (markup):

FTP URL, Username, Port all correct in client. Have tried "Generate New Password" quite a few times, same error

Username will be PMed in 2 sec.

chris@fileserve.com has emailed us at Share Resell to offer a refund. We are grateful for this gesture and wanted people to know that Fileserve is addressing the problem I talked of earlier.

i have a big problem.. i have a premium account... i just reach 500 gb of data in my account... but since i cross that size i can't copy anymore files! everytime i try to copy a file the website returns an error (no enough free space).. but i'm a premium i do't have limit of storage! please can you do something? my username is phate89

@ MBX5T: You'll get paid for 1 file only, but file manager will display 3 downloads.
