    @ Koku: Next week I believe we agreed upon.

    @ neokake: Possibly they're not recorded there. Are files older than 60 days with no downloads?

    @ ktt: Uploading is not Fileserve.

    @ MBX5T: We have people making double figures minimum a day if that will bring some clarity to your mind.

    @ jimbo-53: 60 days, with no downloads :) ...59 days with no downloads and you get downloads on the same day it will get "extended" for another 60.

    @ Share Resell: Calling us scams in your first post will just make us further ignore you. I do not take care of the reseller program which I've openly expressed in this thread already nor am I Ricky Chan who you mention in the thread.

    @ woi911: And the problem is fixed. Try to take a deep breathe next time before you call us scam. Bit quick to jump to conclusions isn't it?

    So,my Amount status still pending is about half of week.And today i get this message from the support:
    Seems like Fileserve support don't read carefully incoming messages or its just robot answer.
    It all looks like a black comedy.I did not thought that getting money on fileserve it so hard.Everyday i must waste my time to write my messages here and to the support.And yet it has no result.:(

    You say you do not deal with the reseller program then provide no help with an obvious problem. :confused:

Probably not :) If you had been a little bit more discreet in your approach, rather than blasting away with publications and defamation, I would probably have walked over and talked with someone from the resellers dept. and inquired. Won't happen now. Deal with it yourself.

    Defaming us first, publishing emails and then giving orders... You should be happy I'm even reading what you're writing right now.

    Let me clarify it one last time... I'm not Ricky Chan, so no, I did not answer your emails. Please read in between the lines.

    Your outrage is a little disingenuous to say the least. Outrage that after weeks of no response we dare to challenge you :confused: wow.

    So, Ricky Chan, all you had to do to solve this mess was "... walk over to the .." a few days ago and sort this out for us.

    Curious really.

    After weeks of polite and forbearing emails why did you choose not to "... walk over to the ... " and choose instead to ignore us.

    Its good that you acknowledged our protest, but now comes the time to man-up Ricky. Faked outrage just doesn't cut it.
