    Yes..Storage servers are not running at their highlight of the year right now for receiving new data. They're slow. We should have a temp. solution for this at the end of the day :)

    @ canaia: We were promised them this week. Hopefully tonight or tomorrow.

    Thanks

    FTP is DELAYED right now. Will be fixed when we add more servers.

    Remote is getting fixed by adding more servers

    Upload and download speed will appear slow on a range of servers. Will be fixed too when we add more servers

    Reinforcements (servers) are coming tomorrow.

    Thanks

    Today i tried to login in my account but it says me that my account is disabled, i paid for a premium account to upload much more, and now i can't login, i think this is unfair because i have kept uploading all days many files, and i didn't do any kind of fraud or abuse of your referal system, i am simply a compulsive uploader.

    I have problems resuming interrupted files, too. Files disappear.

    Tested with:

    -FileZilla
    -FTPRush
    -FlashFXP

    WITHOUT ROUTER:

    at FILESERVE.com:
    log in: [R] Connecting to FileServe.com -> DNS=ftp.fileserve.com IP=zzz.xxx.yyy.120 PORT=21
    I start upload a file, interrupt upload, log off

    later
    log in: [R] Connecting to FileServe.com -> DNS=ftp.fileserve.com IP=zzz.xxx.yyy.117 PORT=21

    I can't resume the interrupted file upload,

    because I can't see the half uploaded file at all.

    This is because the end of the IP address of ftp.fileserve.com are different

    .120 and .117

    If the IP address of ftp.fileserve.com is exactly the same, then everything is fine.

    This is not good for fileserve.com either
    because there will be a lot of junk files.

    The same happens at fileserve:

    WITHOUT ROUTER:

    at HOTFILE.com:
    log in: [R] Connecting to HotFile.com -> DNS=ftp.hotfile.com IP=xxx.yyy.zzz.81 PORT=21
    I start upload a file, interrupt upload, log off

    later
    log in: [R] Connecting to HotFile.com -> DNS=ftp.hotfile.com IP=xxx.yyy.zzz.80 PORT=21
    I can't resume the interrupted file upload,
    because I can't see the half uploaded file at all.

    This is because the end of the IP address of ftp.hotfile.com are different .80 and .81

    If the IP address of ftp.hotfile.com is exactly the same, then everything is fine.
    I can see the file, and I can resume it.

    This is not good for hotfile.com either
    because there will be a lot of junk files.

    BUT:

    WITHOUT ROUTER:

    at SHARINGMATRIX.com:

    At sharingmatrix I get an FTP IP for 24 hours,
    So I always connect to the same IP.

    After 24 hour I have to renew my FTP username/password.

    log in: [R] Connecting to SharingMatrix.com -> DNS=s9999.sharingmatrix.com IP=yyy.zzz.xxx.154 PORT=21
    I start upload a file, interrupt upload, log off

    later
    log in: [R] Connecting to SharingMatrix.com -> DNS=s9999.sharingmatrix.com IP=yyy.zzz.xxx.154 PORT=21
    I can resume the interrupted file upload,
    because I can see the half uploaded file in case of SharingMatrix.com.

    The IP address of s9999.sharingmatrix.com is exactly the same within 24 hours.

    It looks like they have experienced this issue
    and developed this solution.

    Remote upload works. Sometimes fails sometimes everything is fine.

    Web-upload in IE also works.

    BUT I can't upload files properly at all via FTP. I am behind a Linksys router.

    Upload speed is the highest but the connection always losts

    sometimes in the middle of the file upload

    sometimes when a file upload has finished.

    FTP program reconnects but I'm redirected to another FTP server, I can't resume my prevoius upload.

    The upload starts from the beginning, the same file.

    What should I do inside my router?

    Congrats to those who can upload with IE.

    My browser says the upload was successful but the files are nowhere to be found. Checked and double checked. Even waited a day to see if they appear. Nothing.

    Hope you can fix this, Ricky, before too much time passes.

    @ kohiror: Don't know of your case, but it is always related to serious matters, if users get disabled. [PM'ED YOU]

    @ SatinChic: Yes, techs are doing everything they can. Losing sleep over night to get new servers up and have everything running smooth.

    @ cadagoto: As the news said we're experiencing issues.

    @ FSuser: No resume is possible unless you connect to the same FTP again. And being behind a linksys router will not produce successful uploads, ever. That is an acceptable fact that relates to the configs of linksys routers.

    I believe for SM, the files don't get moved automatically..you need to do it manually, right?

    @ libra: Sent you a reply.
