in Europe you sell premium accounts in € and pay affiliates in $... so here in Europe we are penalized...

if you don't plan to make changes next month I will ask my friend who lives in US to buy a premium account for me, so I will pay in dollars

 

I think Rapidshare had ppl buying accounts in lbs and paying in dollars. Must be some type of weird regulations

 

casolari pay in € for europe people is ok, affilate in $ is ok too, becouse fileserve is a US hoster.
look @ apple, iphone is here in europe mutch expensive then US, thats normal managmet i think.

 

if they are a US hoster and they pay in $, it isn't ok that they sell accounts in €, they earn more from us in europe and we earn less than US affiliates... it isn't ok!
would be ok pay in $ and receive $, or pay € and get paid in €

iphone comparison doesn't go well, we don't get money from apple, we only buy from it... would you be happy if you buy an iphone at €700, it brakes down and they refound you $700... because they are an US company? I suppose no
it's quite the same thing because we refound our account with downloads and we need much more downloads to refound our account cost.. if a us user needs 500 downloads, we need 750

 

I received many complains from users downloading my fileserve's files. Some file's speed is really slow and sometimes download speed goes down to 0kbps, while some other files could be downloaded at a good speed. I suppose you have many servers overloaded

@ 40west: 2048MB, but as a rule of thumb I would always cut a file down to 2040MB to make sure I was in the tier

We didn't forget to pay. If you have requested and the money didn't go through it is due to your account either being limited or not able to receive $$$. Everyone was paid

 

Any chance on an update on why no update for stats?

 

there is no any limitations on any of my accounts every other host affiliates I work on paid me in time... I just simply didn't get paid for the last week, but see it yourself



there is no "paid" remark on the 09-28 transfer, it was not sent to my paypal ever, so I can't really do anything with your answer, I have a correct problem that I had loss and it seems you're just ignoring me...

 

Mate you TRANSFERRED it...It went to your Payable. Now you've just requested for PAYMENT on the 4th of October. This means you'll get paid either tomorrow or Wednesday (Our mass-payment for everyone coming out on either of those days)

 

I make request for payment on 2 october now is 4 and status pending. stats also no update!

 

there's for sure some statistic problem..it's hours i'm stuck at 0.30 cents... is there some mantainance today that creates problems?

before it counted 1 download out of 3, now 0/3... even better... very remunerative for us... ops... for them!

 

damn I just realized it's my bad. it seems I just forgot to make the full payment procedure last time x) I thought my pending payment is my actual amount because they are almost the same... sorry, 1 more question anyway if I got transfered my actual amount to the payout account will I be able to attach it to my pending payment (also request it in this interval) or I can get it only on next week?
