If you split your file per 200MB (204800 KB),FS will count it at rate 200 - 450.

Recently I was able to RU from Hotfile to Fileserve. If you are premium there and have hotlink traffic, try that. They might block that again eventually.

We never changed anything, nor will we change anything.

In fact we were the first ones to come out with this type of ratecard scheme. Not FileSonic.

oh,then filesonic copy fileserve's work. filesonic sucks.

ricky ,thanks for fixing my copy problem.

and please take a look at this image taken from my account:

everything counts fine for me, 200M is counted at rate 200M-450M.
i just noticed a little difference from "Statistics Report", it says 201M-450M,
maybe fileserve should fix it to 1-50M, 51M-100M,100M-200M,200M-450M,450M-2048M

Maybe your files are a little higher than 204800 Kilobytes?

no, fileserve shows my file size as 200M exactly, and people download my 200M file, and fileserve count them as 200M.

there is nothing serious with this.

i just think in the statistics report page, fileserve should display 200M-450M ,not 201M-450M.

thanks i hope you understand what i mean.

I think FS should edit the rate of Group D. The rate of this group is too low :)

enough is enough, a lot of file hosts just don't give a shit about Group D.
i think fileserve is the best developing file host, and will be the best if fileserve be alive at least a year to prove people wrong. the truth is the longer fileserve is alive, the less popular hotfile will be.

the only advantage hotfile got is that they own the market first before fileserve, for 2 years
and that's why they are popular, but they pay way less than fileserve does.

hotfile feels fileserve is a threat to them,so they banned fileserve's IP, they scare that people will remote upload files on hotfile to fileserve, then ,hotfile is dead man!!!

yes, filesonic pay more, but filesonic is a crap and almost a pain in the ass for uploaders and downloaders.
    so many glitches.

    filelserve rules.

Hi, since the sharingmatrix has been changed to filesonic, my refferal link dosen't work properly. When somebody click my ref link the link moves him to the main page instead of moving to register page.
my Id is 153330, could you check it? beacuse I have at least 5ppl to register as my referal.

Yo, kageki, EPIC FAIL :) Why don't you order a pizza while you're at it :)

    Have you people tried this if you are premium on Hotfile;
Go to Hotfile's file manager, choose a file and then click "Hotlink ON" -> Copy this files link into www.tinyurl.com and "make a Tinyurl" out of it. Copy this new tinyurl link into FileServe's Remote Upload. The file gets transfered. Or is this just happening to me?

Tinyurl is necessary in order to trick FileServe's RU system not to get prompted for username and pass.

although you say this, even better when using tinyurl or other link shortener's is also your masking the fileserve ip with a tinyurl ip

Could be. I'm just not able to input this without tinyurl to check if hotlinks work from FileServe directly. They seem to work for Filesonic's RU well and both were blocked equally by Hotfile if I'm not mistaken.

whatever you try to mask, what do you think hotfile will do when they see this?
they will block this when they find this, and hotlink traffic? are you kidding me?
how many hotlink traffic does a premium user have?
i am talking about remote upload a few hundred GB,not just little crappy hotlink traffic.

and please, you can only remote upload 5GB data daily to hotfile even if you are premium users, this sucks.

hotifle blocks filesonic & fileserve ,and will continue to block any new file hosts that can be a threat to it.(file hosts that pay more)

and you cannot remote upload files on fileserve & filesonic to mu ,because mu uses multiple ips to fetch files, fileserve and filesonic not or will not allow multiple ip(download at the same time) to download files (1 account)

really ,i think fileserve shouldn't block mu.
people remote upload files from fileserve or filesonic to mu just want to backup files, they will not just post mu links.

if i upload a HD movie with 20 parts to fileserve, it's necessary for me to make a mirror(backup), what if some fileserve links are missing? i will not be able to reupload those rar files,i will delete them when i have uploaded them, and off course i will not be able to reupload full movie again and again, one part missing, and i have to reupload the whole movie?? that's silly.

so upload to fileserve, and make a backup links of mu

off course people will post fileserve links for people to download because they wanna earn money.
and mu links ,will be used for remoting upload to fileserve when some parts in fileserve are down.

forget about rs,hotfile, netload, depositfiles, all the other. Just MU as backup filehost.

    what do you guys think?
