Hi Folks what is your experience about the download sped of this host? My experience even with prem is not satisfactory!

 

Are there any plans to improve service for UK users? I've seen this issue for many 3rd world countries where everyone shares the same IP address, but UK is a tier 1 country according to your payment chart.
I really want to ditch the other filehosts like Hotfile, but I can't do it until I know for sure that everyone will be able to download without any issues.

 

I have 2 internet connections 10mb and 4mb, on the 10mb i get 900KB/s and on the 4mb i get 350KB/s

 

I have pending "payment".
How long should i wait to get it paid?

 

since its a transparent proxy why not look at the real IP thats always sent in the $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR'] with a transparent proxy
something like

    if (!empty($_SERVER['HTTP_CLIENT_IP']))   //check ip from share internet

      $ip=$_SERVER['HTTP_CLIENT_IP'];

1/ fileserve seems to be down here (France)... no respond at all

2/ does Megaupload remote works great on FS? If yes, I will buy a Megaupload premium account to remote file to FS...

@ photos2q: Yes it works. And it works like a charm.

@ Mogggy: Nice suggestion. Will try to pass it on for the techs to inquire if we can retrieve their real IP - Reason how we found out was via the emails they sent us. More and more shared the same IP and a google search showed several different topics regarding this matter for Rapids*share.

@ ShocWave: There's no telling on when IWF will ease us and stop slamming us with a sledgehammer without good reasoning.

Looking at why our FTP was brought down too while our HTTP is up now.

@ samoon2008: You need to verify your email.

 

i use IDM and sometimes i line up 4 links for download, and i download them one or at most two at a time (not more than 400Mb each link) .... almost always, when i come back to check the links, idm has stopped downloading the link/s and i have to restart idm just so download would continue.... i use IDM with HF, DF, and RS and i never experienced that problem with downloading their links... for these other hosts i can download links 3 or 4 links at the same time...

anybody else having this problem?
