Im trying to remote upload a file, its set to direct download and its still forcing me to put a user pass?

I tried doing the http:userass AND into the box and nothing happened... The username is actually a email account, is that a problem?

 

@ librebajada: We will be looking for a solution that will make it easy on uploaders and their friends who downloads from them. It won't be back to "no captchas at all" since that only brings about the fraudsters will try to fuck us at first opportunity (almost literally).

@ panicker: Where are you remoting from? I'll be the first to say that our remote isn't smart enough to fetch files that are remote from some places. We will look to improve remote upload a lot more.

How long does it take to get reply from fileserve support team ?
i have problem with my payment account and I sent support ticket 3 days ago but i still have to wait
That's really bad

 

Must be a money thing i too sent a ticket a few days ago that my webmoney payout from 28/7 wasn't paid. nothing only thing changed was that the pending changed to approved...like that would make things better....

And tickets are answered within 12 hours on weekdays (usually quicker). On weekends it is different. We're not robots nor do we generate copy + paste answers

what does exactly "HF has put limits on premium downloads."??? does it mean we could no more remote HF links???????
I'm only using FS to remote HF links... so if it is no more possible, I will stop using FS

 

It means that it is like playing Jeopardy when you try to remote upload with HF. Sometimes it'll go through, other times it'll die on you.

Shame you'll stop using us because of limitations set by another host.

they HF remote upload is killing me but theres other ways around it. No point in stopping. I mean its HF fault, not Fileserve.
