I had the exact same thing happen, and it could have been disastrous for my thousands of files, but I bought another year and it seems fine now. I had been planning to extend in 2 weeks, but then my account was suddenly downgraded, but I guessed I must have forgotten the date or something so I just extended it again.

However, I checked my records and it's true, I was cancelled early. Fortunately I didn't lose much credit or files because I was so close, and extended immediately, but it's absolutely an issue with the Fileserve systems. Glitch or not, the server cheated me and I expect you as well, and they need to figure it out and fix your problem.

 

There Is No Plan Of PPS like FileSonic And Wupload Have ?

My account can't store any files more and when i'm using function "Copy" in File Manager.
I got this error "The size of the file ******exceeds your storage limit"
My account is premium, it should be unlimited space. Please increase limit space in your system

My FileServe account isn't work on JDownloader, it says "Invalid Account". Strange...

 

Hi,

I have a 45 day premium account. I've been having the jDownloader "Invalid Account" errors for the past few days. But, as of today I get "User Disabled" when trying to log into my Fileserve account. I've contacted FS support to no avail. I have two internet connections to my apartment (cable + FIOS), and have utility bills to prove this. My best guess is they have banned me for sharing, even though I am only using the account on my own computer. Fileserve's lack of customer service and arbitrary banning without attempting to contact me have me very annoyed.

Is there anyone here who can help me? I am going to try to contact FS once again, and if I receive no response, I guess I will have no recourse other than getting a partial refund through my Credit Card company. It is a shame because I still have plenty of FileServe links left in queues I have built, and was planning on purchasing a longer account. At least I didn't purchase a 90 day account and get scammed out of that.

Would appreciate any official help from FS employees, or guidance from users in a similar situation.

 

Hi there. This morning i found my premium account disabled. i think because i changed my password too many times in last days because of problems with jdownloader. i still have about 15 days of premium. It would be nice to have back my account. i hope someone can help me.

remote upload is slow today and single links not uploading via remote upload and download not counting earning is gone low bad day ?

well i an a newbie to all uploading thing and i wanted some answers on certain things. You ppl know things.
What if i cant reach the minimun payout per week? i will lose those downloads or they will count for the following week?
I have a free acc atm and i started with fileserve. I have 0.28 US dollars in my account and no way i can reach the minimun which i think is 20 $.
So that's my question. If next week the countdown will start for 0 dollaras to reach the minimun.
and i dont know i have some files uploaded to 3 forums. what do you guys have to reach the minimun? can you give me a general idea of how things work? i would much apreciate it.

 

Your earnings will stay there until you get payout. You will not lose it.

But I dont know if Fileserve is still alive or not, their support have not been responding for many months now. My suggestion is to use another webhosting - check out my signature.
