"Statistics delayed 30 Apr 2011

Dear FileServe users,

Statistics for yesterday and today are slightly delayed. We expect it to be back to normal within the next 6 hours. We are still working on resolving the delay. We will be back to normal soon."

 

If it was just a case of delayed stats, the payment amount total for the day wouldn't have been so low. Today and yesterday my total has been at least 50% lower.

EDIT: now yesterdays total has risen a bit.

I cannot download files. Premium does not work.

Transfer pay button disappeared.

So, It is sure that this week I will not have the payment.

But, My premium expires on May 3.

I am not going to pay with my paypal.
Please, solve this.

Actually I DO think FS is cheating us. I mean, why does everyone report having lower earnings everytime stats freeze? And last weekend, on Saturday when stats froze, it was a national holiday in germany, so on these I usually get about double the earnings than other days. however I got only about half as much as the day before...

Well, statistics seem to be frozen again. Actually, since stats froze the first time back in march, FS has begun to go completely bogus. I mean, downloads are disrupted for free downloaders all the time, premium downloads don't disrupt but are sometimes even lower than free-user DLs(how is this even possible?) and the site earnings are not even tracked correctly. Seriously, I'm considering to switch to another hosting service.

 

There is a bigger problem than statistics and paying issues. My downloaders are leaving, due to many broken downloads, and slower download speed. Speed for free users has been decreased recently. I hope it wont go to zero.

Unfortunatelly downloaders will NOT wait til then, they simply just look for other download options, and once they find better services, never come back to fileserve.

Personally, i would be happier, if they pumped some money into fixing download speed for free users, or soon noone will download anything. I would be pleased with less money for downloads, because at least i will get some. If speed falls to zero, there will be no money at all.

had 68.7 $ 3 hours ago, now it shows 64.1 $

It usually occurs when some moderator deleted some files from your account due to dmca or any other and all earnings got from that file is zeroed.

 

Fileserve download stopped while downloading and stats went to yesterday's earning!

@dkp > I really dont think that earning will go back if file getting deleted, it never happened to me before and its not making any sense..

That earnings came back after they fixed the issue this morning but now again it seems they are doing something..

 

does fileserve have a PPS plan? i'm a noob regarding this filehost

they are clearly manipulating everything.
wake up people. there are so many good filehosts nowadays.

already dumped this host long time ago.
im currently making 2k/wk from 2 filehosts around.
do your switch quick for your own good. and dont get stucked here.

 

Fileserve Downloadservice is doing great for me. I recently upgraded again, and most users are still provide FS links for download, so I can only recommend this one. I only use Fileserve as a download manager, not really making money on it, so I can't speak for that part.

Anyone finding most large files don't download, like the file is stuck?

and the download speed is around 300kb/s

I Belive this is Fileserve official Thread:
Fileserver Download doesn't work ( even fileserve manager , File validation succesfull but download error ) there is no problem with my IP,System or ISP, because already have filefactory and Rapidshare accounts, both accounts working fine! submitted support ticket Automated Response [#145587]. No response so far! opened dispute my premium account immediately downgraded as free Membership, but i haven't receive my refund yet.
