ricky i think the problem is not who and why have 14 post in your thread...

but the problem is other !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) file manager take 2 min only for open a page !!!!!!!! this from 5 months and nothing happen !!!!!
2) ftp speed...600kb ???? ahahah let's go to see other hosts
3) 404 error and file deletet with nosense...they go away from filemanager with nosense and no message...only bug bug bug
4) stats !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahaha ridicolous bug from 5 months in stats... (fileserve sucks or cheat?!?!?)

months of bug and shit service and you come here to say that there is no problem and who say of bug it's only an idiot that have 14 posts...

From your comments you don't look like one who's working with us. Your opinions are sour and negative.

Earnings are working very well.
File manager speed is on par with many others unless you have 200,000 files and 29 TB stored on our servers.
Your file manager stats will be fixed within 3 weeks (we're 25 days behind)

Here is my personal account downloading my own files with a different account (Premium), so yes. They still count.

 

The fact that many many users complain about same issue does not make you suspicious that propably there is technical problem with the site.

Have you ever though that the universe in not USA only. Statistics may cound in the us where the company has it's servers but in my country Greece downloads do not count at all. I did not download one file, but two files under a different ip. No downloads counted in the statistics. I think more users wil say same thing as me.

and this what i got after more than weeks : ZEROOO download stats and earning !



admit it that your tech guys are lame!

i have better earning and stats only with one day membership from other filehost.

Looks like the file stat is working only in your account, my files as far back as March 19 have zero downloads, whereas in my mirrors they got hundreds of DLS already.. I got tired of waiting and stopped using FS, I will start using your service again when everything is back to normal.



Another unanswered issue: My Inactive files are getting deleted even though I am Premium.

Waiting for response...............

Quote me where I said 3 weeks and the file manager count would be fixed. I said they were working it out and they may have worked it out. They said if it works, it will be around mid-April before it has caught up.

Let me remind you again: What are you doing in here if you don't work with us?
