Yeah... it's pretty unacceptable. But, until it IS fixed, you can at least check download numbers and earnings by clicking the "Statistics" link.

 

I don't think you understand mate, If new people join for the first time and have all the problems we are having do you think they will join again?

Its unacceptable to change people that have not been able to down anything, They should give the people money back in good faith.

Also i seeing less fileserve links then before, Which means people are leaving there service and joining other host.

About people liking fileserve then when everything wrong starts to hate them, Thats wrong. For me i have only used it once and as a new member of there site i will not be joining them again. If this happens to all the new joiners then its will not be long till fileserve end up going down.

Like someone said in one of there post, The staff are never hear to help. I 100% agree with them. The only time the staff seem to care is when you ask for your money back. Great staff service if you ask me.

 

Someone has delay with the transfer from earnings account ?

I request it each week and it takes about 2-3 days normally.

But this week, i'm waiting for last 7 days without news.

So i can't get my payment...

It's not about 2-3 days... they transfer your money to payable if you made your requst until sunday midnight and to receive the money you have to ask the payout fron the payable money before tuesday (so if you want to receive the payment in the smallest amount of time you have to transfer money to payable on sunday and ask payout on monday so wednesday you will get them...
The double pass is a thing they claim is against frauds but is a nonsense because the checks are only the first time... it's only a way to delay payments...

 

I'm speaking about transfer from earning account, not about from my FS account to Paypal...
And I already received many transfers to know that it takes about 2-3 days.

 

Me too , I made a transfer request at 21.3.2011, today is 25.3.2011 , still no news

 

16.3.11 for me, I'm not alone so
I sent a mail this morning to FS support, wait & see.

 

It took me 2 days to transfer to payout account and another 2 days to Paypal, but I finally got the cash. The download count is still not working, but the statistics is, and it seems the "income is back to normal". I guess everything(except for the count) works like it was, and the speed is good(1.5MB/s dls).

 

There's some problem recognizing file size when i upload throung web page... i want to upload a file of 2091257 kb (2042,2431640625 mb, 1,994378089904785 gb, < 2gb) but it recognize it like > of 2 gb... this is a problem...

 

Wow fileserve seems to have started to go downhill sharpish, no news inside the console, download count broken, no news here. I did see a mention there would be some work going on with it for a week or so, but really it looks to be sliding a little, hope it can stay alive and not go the way of some of the other old sharing services, this really was the first one to offer a reasonable earning scale and was the benchmark for this type of service for quite sometime. They would really be missed if they died out too. I noticed my premium had run out so i tried to redeem my earnings for another 6 month premium membership and even that didn't work.

 

today is 27.3.2011 still no news

 

I am not too sure how the credit thing works as i only ever download. But its looks like to me that thay don't want to pay people as it would cost them more the it would be worth. Looks like thay wished thay never had a credit system. I hope you get want is only to be fair your in right. If not report them. And post the screen-shot all over the place.

Ps just to report to everyone i have know been with them for about 1week and in that time i have not even past 2gig in downloads. I used rapidshare tonight and i downloaded 20gig in just under about 2 hours. fileserve say thay have a fast download system. Bullshit its crap. I just hope i get to about 3gig before the 30days are up. Just think fileserve i can't get past 2gig in one week with you shit service but in one week using only about 2hours a night i can download about 120gig in that one week. Ya you can bet i will be joining your crap service host again after my 30days are over.

 

I haven't seen RickyFS over a week, does someone know what's happening at him?

I saw in another topic rickyFS saying that FileServe has one of the best support team there is, Really rickyFS where the hell is it then. Wait i know where there all joining another host-site. Don't Worry rickyFS it can only get worst for FileServe.

@Ricky : Can I access to Filesonic under vpn, not to download of course, I just want to access to the website because my ISP is having some issues. I don't want my account to get blocked or deleted as I'm using it via two connections
