Are download stats frozen???
Today I tried to upload on FSe again after some months of stop, but download count of my files is still at 0
I received 50+ thanks to my post, it's unbelievable that nobody downloaded any file!

 

fileserve stats have a delay of 5-6-7 days now...
(from 2-3-4 months and wil go to be+)

someone (like me) think is only a "autobug" for cheat stats (now we have 0 control to the stats)
someone say all is good (1 guy)
someone say need 48 months to have a good service (someone that work in fileserve)
news in fileserve page don't say nothing for months...
and now we see support that not respond...

Downloads also have a problem lately, sometimes a file is available but you cannot download it because of a TIMEOUT issue.

 

woohoo! The "DMCA Removed Files" page finally started working again after like 5 months!

What I must say is that after many many FS posts over months that I have put down - i have no improvement at all in my stats
then I tried FSc for a while and I got direct improvement after 10 days which just keeps growing, and I'm not talking about 'getting money from sales', I'm talking about download hits counted. I'm not gonna put down a solid accusation here but this couldn't be more weird

some people say that FS is not listed by filestube. Although I noticed that not being true, I still believe that they put a priority on FSc links if same content is present on both.

Rarely, but It did happen, I noticed some of my files 'magically' disappear from my premium acc without them being posted at all. ??? I certainly wish they'd stop with that practice if it's present

If they start erasing premium user's files when not active -> this service is definitely gonna turn to s**t. i'm sorry to say this. Many people keep "inactive" backup's of their stuff (wouldn't be much of backup if it was otherwise), and they ain't gonna be happy

"Your files never die" - should include ALL files not just 'active' ones

Please notify us with the truth - what are you people REALLY doing and what is the erasing practice on fileserve, instead of it being hidden from us and we just end-up feeling the effects of it

 

yesterday's download stats now increased after about 15 hours, but download counter near each file still shows 0!!!
FSe support still says they haven't problems, but I agree with you that they delay stats to cheat download stats, if I upload the same files on filesonic I get triple downloads and counted in realtime!

I have at least 1000+ downloads that haven't been counted for the last 3 weeks(the download counter just says 0), when I know for sure that files have been downloaded,as the links were sent through PM and i received positive feedback.This is pretty shitty, a very good incentive to change providers when the renewal is dew in a few weeks.

I think it is useless to continue writing complaints on this thread, RickyFS has abandoned this thread already and according to one member here, he is now more active in another forum. I would appreciate if somebody could PM me what forum that is and I will bring my Fileserve complaints to that forum.

if support leave it becouse fileserve don't work it's not good for fileserve...

they appear to have choice that dont talk about bug (we cant see no one message in fileserve page) .....this is ridicolous...and ppl must know this

 

They don't accept complains... so just stop using it
If all us will stop using FSe they could start resolving problems, I left FSe for 2 months, now I tried to upload some files with bad results... I'll go back to filesonic again
They accept complains and resolve problems as a big and serious company should do

I'm trying to upload a file from my server to fileserve..rapidshare and hotfile works fine..and it's only a small file like under 30MB.yeah..and it's taking too damn ages for it to remote upload..ugh so freaking annoying..

And yeah..I tried remote uploading from rapidshare..filserve's remote upload SUCKS..it is so damn slow..does not even show a bar or anything..keeps on pending till the end of time..ugh

I'm totally want an explanation =D

 

if they show the download count they can't cheat download statistics... I suppose this is the main reason of not working download stats

How long does it usually take for money to be transferred from Fileserve to Paypal? I "got paid" today, transferred $25 to my Paypal(at least that's what my Fileserve page says), however, my Paypal balance still shows 0.00 after 2 hours...

 

FS has the WORST, lamest, most unstable and unreliable remote-upload system ever. By far.

 

Not sure about how lame the remote-upload is, But i can say that the download speed is really lame. I only get about 200kbs where with rapidshare i get just under 4meg download speed. I will not be reupdating my FileServe Premium Account when it runs out. If there people out there that are happy with FileServe i am happy for you.

Also if anyone who works for FileServe are here and says it my IP-line no its not, Every other host i use it fine. So if it was a problem with my IP-line then non of them would work that well.

 

I can complain about not counting the downloads, crappy remote upload(although RapiLeech to Fileserve is fast), but the downloads for me are pretty decent, I get an average of 1.5 MB/s with Jdwnloader, sometimes it spikes to 2MB/s. Too bad everything else is shitty, as soon as my account is up for renewal(in May), am switching(unless they start counting my downloads again).
