You dont see the issue? Or you refuse to see it? I will repeat, payments always on time but the point is - We want an accurate and live stats. The only reason I can think of why we are having these stat freezes is - Manipulation and I know I am not the only one with same suspicions.

Fix your stats. You are the only host with this problem - you call that improvement? If your "biggest" staff and techs cant do it, consider hiring the tech of other host like filesonic, oron, and hotfile and so on... and maybe they can fix what your techs cant do.

I received this last night from support. Is this accurate - "100% back to normal"?
Because my counts of the last week are still at zero.

"Fileserve had encountered outsync error for the past 7 days. Outsync were reported to have occurred for 2 hours in random day and had affected download and upload speed, frozen stats and earnings. We have fixed the problem and we assure you that no earnings were affected. All were accounted and calculated for. It’s 100% back to normal now."

This is the second "all fixed" email I've gotten from support, who appear to just send out random emails.

As an update:
The link I posted this morning is again registering zero.

Download stats are not counting properly, hope they will soon correct it.

Ok, my 2 cents.

I transferred 2k files from HF to FS and updated the 25 or so forums and other places I post at and deleted the HF links.
After 3 days the files that were earning me around $8-10 a day on HF have earned around.... $0.70. Whole folders show 0 after 0 in the dl's column - files that I know are popular.

I think I read earlier that FS try and answer support emails in a couple of hours tops - I submitted a ticket nearly 8 hours ago and am still waiting for a reply.

Now, I realise that if FS are having problems a reply may take longer than normal - but there should be some sort of notification to see on the site. The only reason I know that there is a problem is because I read this thread ........... and I'm not sure that there even is a problem, or if FS consider the problem fixed.

All in all a little disappointed at the moment.

 

Statistics are disabled for every one ?

 

I was also an HF uploader before. 10 fresh HF links per day gives me at least $20. In FServe, before the Frozen era, 20 fresh links a day gives me $20, now I am posting more than 50 fresh links a day and I can barely make $20. Things have never been the same since this Frozen Era started, Fileserve is in Ice Age right now. The only thing that keeps me using their service is easy RU from FS to other hosts.

Oh and I would like to commend also some improvements in Fileserve especially in loading time from the main page to file manager and dashboard and so on, from about seven seconds before.. it is now about 10 seconds or more! Big improvement! Especially with my 30mb/3mb speed.

 

What I do is REPLY to their previous e-mail and it always takes less than 24 hours for them to respond. Try it.

You didn't read, since then you would know that the download count (<- download count not stats) is lagging 5 days behind now, how ever the stats are here http://fileserve.com/partner-statistics.php those are real time

This is not an HF thread but I will answer you - YES, 10 links with each one generating at least 200-300 DLS per day, and at Gold Status. I know somebody who used to make at least $50 a day with 10 HF links/day, but Hotfile is now history.

Stats show me earning around $0.70 a day, down from the £8-10 I was earning.
Is fileserve that unpopular that people just refuse to download from it?

And waiting for a support response for 18 hours now

 

I think Fileserve should go offline for 7 days or more and correct all technical problems especially download count statistics, lagging statistics etc as these are prevailing in FS for so long & should be resolved as soon as possible to get new uploaders & for sustaining good affiliate relation.

 

Me too the Count of downloads not working or too late !!!!
i move to FS from near time as i think it is great work but since i am on it the way of work is too hard to deal with please make it better

I do that. I get an AUTOMATED reply in less than 24, but it takes days for a human response. But, since most of those emails seem to be wrong, it doesn't much matter. Thanks, though.
