@ canaia: It is indeed. You need to login to both browsers, then go to the page where your links are listed, mark, right click and download with IDM.

Can't get it working always html page, login and pass are correct.

What's the right path?

 

Login with your account in Internet explorer AND mozilla firefox. Then go to a page with the links listed, mark them, right click and download with IDM. Your files should appear as files and not "htm". When they appear as HTM it is because the cookies haven't been recognize and you need to do one of the procedures above for it to work.

Chrome should work though. All browsers should work except Opera.

After logged in into Firefox and Explorer works also in chrome, before not.

This mean that you have to login into these 3 browsers before IDM works?

 

Well not necessarily. I login to FF only now - If it still shows HTM I login to my IE and then it is guaranteed working.

By the way, storage bug ISNT fixed. The more i upload, the lower it gets. I had like, 140gb used storage, when it star fallin
now i have 88gb of used storage :S

@ jondeate: It's not a bug. The storage counter doesn't calculate for new files. Hence, when you get files removed, it'll decrease too. Storage counter is all for aesthetic purposes - Doesn't affect your account or your earnings.

how do you get paid in fileserve? i mean, i am an affiliate of HF and also SM and both those hosts do it automatically... for fileserve i see a button "payout " and after clicking that, the status in the payment history now is "pending" and it has been this way since a few hours ago... just wanna know how this first payment goes before i totally go full time with fileserve... thanks

by the way, i think total earnings is stuck again although the graph is moving....

I think you need to wait 1~2 days after click that payout button. for me, I request on every monday and they paid usually on wednesday. so far so good, keep it up fileserve.
