I wish we had perfect human beings as techs who could just solve everything with a few hours of coding and have it ready perfect for your needs.

We've been around for -1- year. We are the FRESHEST host with the FASTEST improvements and the BIGGEST staff, yet you have doubts. You can have all the doubts you want in this world, but bottom line is: Are you not making any money?

As I said...Didn't 99% of all 404s disappear as promised?

Working stats? Don't you see money in your earnings account? Did we stop that? No.
File Manager stats need a whole new approach/re-write for it to catch up. OR we could shut the site down for 7 days so you can get those stats, but no money. Sounds good?

everytime you say...ok will fix that in 1 day...then 1 week then 3-4 week

you had say (for stats problem) we need to stop all 1 day for rehave work stats...and now you sat 7 days...

u had say to wait 3-4 week to have a work stats...a fast filemanager etc..etc..

and now...u say...the working progress it's only to fix the 404 error?

no working progress to a new filemanager...to a faster ftp...to a working stats???

i say that filemanager at this moment is the host with "the shittest ftp speed...the shittest filemanager and the unique with the stats that no work"

ricky was erwartest du denn bitte? ich bin ein uploader und kein programmierer der dir genauere infos liefern könnte.
ich sage es dir wie es ist.
der upload (web und ftp) ist sehr langsam.
die webpage ist sehr langsam.
der manager der auch zur webpage gehört, ist sehr langsam.
die anzahl der downloads wird nach einer woche erst eingetragen, wenn überhaupt.
warum es zu diesen problemen kommt muss nicht ICH herausfinden sondern IHR seid dafür verantwortlich, ihr werdet nicht um sonst bezahlt.
mir kommt es einfach nur vor, dass ihr mit euren programmierkenntnissen einfach am ende seid, und nicht vieles einfach nicht mehr in den griff bekommt.

ihr geht auf die uploader gar nicht ein, ihr macht das was euch an problemen auch selbst einfällt, statt nach einem problem zu suchen, was einer hier geschildert habt.
sprich, wenn euch kein problem aufgefallen ist das geschildert wurde, wird auch nicht danach gesucht!!!!

die probleme die ich hab, haben andere die auf fileserve uploaden und aus deutschland, österreich, frankreich kommen AUCH!
ich bin ganz bestimmt nicht der einzige mit diesen problemen!

du und andere aus dem technik bereich solltet vielleicht mal lernen richtig nach bugs oder nach fehlern zu suchen.
da mein englisch schlecht ist und du es nicht verstehst, kannst du ja mal einen übersetzer benutzen, vielleicht verstehst dann bisschen mehr.

Any possibility FileServe will make amends for all of the lost counts. I've easily got over 1000 lost. That's a conservative count.

 

I did not get the answers I want. Stats were working perfectly before and earnings were high. Now stats are 4 days lagged and earnings are significantly low. It is hard to believe that our stats are NOT being manipulated. Fileserve said "We are the FRESHEST host with the FASTEST improvements and the BIGGEST staff". but they could not solve the stat problems, it is the only file host with the MOST delayed stats, where is improvement with that? Yes we are making money but that is not the point.. we want our stats counted ACCURATELY and TIMELY. If other hosts can do that why cant you? Maybe you should hire their techs too if your techs cant do it.

@ Willard1: Nothing is lost. It is all counted, but not updated. No downloads were ever lost, otherwise you wouldn't have made any money.

@ w00dm4n: Your earnings haven't been delayed for months. Don't see an issue. What other hosts?

MU: Delay
HF: Counts only earnings in relative to completed downloads and not non-uniques.
RS: Haven't checked. They don't pay so they don't have a processing that differs between attempts/fails/completes and Premiums.

Any other hosts are smaller than us and have restrictions set forth that will not allow for high data to be processed, so you tell me; should we just restrict users and not let anyone download unless they're premium or do you want it to continue; i.e. earnings updated regularly.

finaly can you say if in the next 2-3 weeks there is a new filemanager or an improvement of ftp speed (not 10 or 100kb+ but a good improvement) and/or there is a work "live" stats???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It goes deeper than the surface of our the numbers you see in your file manager That's why it isn't just a "quick fix".

I transfered to payout account in 2011-03-10, but It still pending. But my friend transfered yesterday, and his payment arrived the payout account.. What's the problem? I have not a lot referral.
