For the last 21 days since Friday your file manager stats have updated within 15-20 minutes - I didn't hear a thank you from you. Only more complaints. For the past 4 days it has been approximately 1.5 day behind.

You don't read what I write at times. The File Manager stats were stopped during maintenance occurring on Friday. Do you rather want File Manager stats to be "active" when the site is down OR have the site up while File Manager stats are "inactive". I'll let you decide.

I still don't get how you want to control everything. Are you trying to adjust numbers and then ask for payout?

 

stats have a lag of 1-2-3 days from 2-3 months ago !!!!

we had wait somethings from 5-6 months ago...but we have nothing now...only someone that say : "all it's work" " you must wait" etc..etc..etc..

and now after 5-6 months we have

stats delay 1-2-3 days
filemanager page take 1-2-5 min for open ( 5 min !!!!!!!)
filemanager duplicate directory or file without reason
ftp speed at 600k (poor)
dmca dont show all files and show it in upload date...omg

i i think it's not the time for ask a "tank you"
it's time to work and to fix all rapidly

we do what we can and we must do...
use fileserve...
and this period it's not simple

 

Hey Ricky the speeds seems not good today, i had 1,4mb 7 houers ago now its between 70kb and 300kb somthing needs to be wrong! do you have any news?

filserve is blocking the IPs from Filesonic?
in remote upload form filesonic says "maybe blocked ip" when i try remote upload from fileserve to filesonic.

 

Yes it's quite normal to have some failure in internet transfers. What you don't seem to have is any sort of fail safe in your transfer code. You are the only host I have used that demands so much user attention to transfer a batch of files.

Seriously I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but fixing this would seriously flesh out your competitiveness. It would be helpful to learn from Megaupload's method: User puts files into a queue and they are attempted and re-attempted by the server until complete. In the rare instances where a working link just fails, they tell the user, so once you've "cleared all completed links" you know exactly which ones need re-done. They check for md5 checksum so you never have random duplicates, and they never transfer 5MB of a 100MB file and then give up and say "success"!

I also don't want to sound simply negative, the rest of your user interface is excellent, and download speeds are ludicrous! I am merely a serious uploader (~20,000 files) and I believe it's important for the file handling system to be reliable. If it is improved, I'm sure I won't be the only one to switch over from some of the more nefarious hosts.

@ happyhappy: I know the timeline, but you somehow got the timeline down wrong. 5-6 months ago we had no issues with file manager stats. That started just after December

It's quite simple; you make money, you whine, I carry on listening to it while squeezing the stressball, I let you whine some more and answer your questions, you keep whining as that would speed up any processes, so I keep squeezing the stressball. Your whine/complaints won't speed things up at all.

@ vertigoanduminas: We actually re-try files, thus, you at times will get a duplicate files. There's a reason why RS is stable for RU and XX host is bad and gives error. They can cut the connection and we would put it down as Success.

And we caught up with the file manager download count sometime around the 20th of January. After that there was 1-4 days where it was lagged until now.

Stats Frozen(Total Earning don't increase since many hours). Download count Frozen. My earning slow down a lot each day (hard to reach 1$ a day when i had reach 2 or 3 before). Is it normal ?! coz i don't change my upload frequency ???

nevertheless thanks for payment, after 10 days of waiting, i finally receive it

thumb of rule would be, press transfer on Sunday and press payout on Monday to get paid on Wednesday/or like this week on Tuesday, you pressed yesterday which was to late since the payment was done also yesterday.

 

Add Some Security Options Bcoz Premium Accounts Being Hacked Now Days Thanks This Is Important For Fileserve Users!

i dont think about, fileserve will patch all bugs or problems with there page.
i have a slow filemanager since 6 month

i upload to filesonic with FTP with 30MB/s !! and to fileserve 700 - 800kb/s ^^
filemanager on filesonic has a normal speed....fileserve 3 - 5 minutes every click

fileserve need filemanager V2 and better FTP.

 

Earnings significantly lower than usual for me today.

Is this true?. This would explain the lower earnings than usual then.

if it tuesday...then all other week fileserve pay in retard...becouse other week he pay on wednesday

No, that doesn't matter if you would read back then Ricky would say somewhere that you have to press payout on Monday to be sure you get paid out next wednesday. the complete point is you pressed the payout on Tuesday, and then its a gamble, so now you'll have to wait till next week, personally i'm glad i got paid on Tuesday since i could load the money to my alerpay debitcard and have it been approved a few hours ago.....

then we must transfer on saturday then on sunday to be sure to have the payment on tuesday...

i want it go to be better to grow up...
but...if you go on this thread on the message of december or hanuary...u can read the same problem...but in december fileserve go much better...becouse the stats work...

excuse me...but i not know if all download is count...and i m sure this is not...
stats of dowload have a lag...and i don't know if this lag is a bug or it's a system to not count all download...
