[OFFICIAL] FileServe Thread - FAQ & Support - Highest $$$ Payouts

This is my first time to get pay on Fileserve. I have requested my money to be transferred to Payout Account a while already and it's still pending. I wonder how long does it take to transfer money from "Earnings Account" to "Payout Account"? If I shut down the computer, will it stop the procedure? Do I have to keep my browser open?

 

for me it takes about 3 days, and mine just done just now which request on the 26 of feb, and i just click payout,
ya, you dont need to keep your browser open, just shut down your computer and come back tmr?

 

Ricky, I finally decided to switch to Premium, using your "45 days/9.99 $" offer..however, I have to connect a CC to my paypal account to pay, and I could do so only this saturday morning :-( !!..so will my "exceeding size" files (now shrinked to 550 Gb) be mantained to that moment?

FS is suck . Slow on every action . I could go to My files to get file to share . It's loading all the time . Move to Filesonic now and forget FS

I hope this maintenance doesn't become a regular thing. It's currently taking 20s to over a minute to load a folder or search filter in file manager and it can take overnight to remote upload often only to report: "failed".

Slow transfers would be one thing if it wasn't necessary to keep doing them over again... remote uploading results in so man failures, duplicated files and incomplete filesizes I can't just set and forget. It would be nice to post some of this stuff but I can't when 2-3 out of every 100 .rar parts is missing still.

2 weeks ago everything seemed fine, so hopefully it reverts soon...

 

12 blogs updating from queue every 30 minutes or 1 hour (galleries and videos), 1 day upoading for a whole week, 6 days hanging around the forums being clever.

 

Hello, i have a problem with fileserve and i need some help.
i have reason to believe that the download count in fileserve is wrong. from an external source i can see how many people click on my FOLDER link, even how many of them were unique IPs. each folder has about 3 files inside it. on the 27th of feb, 23 unique IPs clicked on any of my FOLDER link 44 times. and on the fileserve statistics it shows only 7 downloads for that day. so if a folder has 3 file average and only counting the unique IPs it should be 23x3=69 downloads. all the files are depended on each other to be able to open like rar. not counting 44 repeated clicks between 23 Unique IPs. so 44-23=21. so any file was download atleast 21 times in that day. where as i got 0.09 cents for 7 downloads.

i know this got a little too critical but but it means alot to me. but if anyone can help me understand why fileserve is miscalculating downloads like this, would be a great help. i believe im not the only one being affected like this...

@ Lo_Scrondo: Probably the weekend it will be gone, the excessive space. We do however only update the space for free users 1x every 24 hours, thus, you saw the increase.

@ vertigoanduminas: Remote works. When it doesn't work it's due to the username. Tested this myself when I need to remote upload some backups

@ rez182: I wish it was the same in our world. We can see how many people click Premium page, but that doesn't correlate to anything whatsoever for people upgrading. I could be punching out the numbers too, but that's too much effort. Visitors vs. real downloads = big difference just like visitors vs. real upgrades = big difference.

@ ricky : we cant see statistic and we cannot control it...
the , how we can know you calculating all the download?
we can't....and now i think th estatistic is not work becouse with that bug you (fileserve) can earn much $...miscalculating download

 

Of course it "works". Everything eventually goes through, that's my point, I'm not at all talking about failure due to an incorrect username. But like I said, it requires many tries, since it's completely unreliable, which is why I have to use spreadsheets to figure out which files haven't succeeded yet, or are duplicates, or say they're complete but are of partial size.

That's why I call it "half-life" because it's an arbitrary rate of failure that has nothing to do with the links being incorrect.

 

@rickyfs why don't you add the name of the file in upload page when the file is being uploaded? sometimes when i use the wweb page upload i forgot what i was uploading and i can't see what i was uploading... i think you must add it

 

@ happyhappy: It's funny since everyone has seen a rise in their earnings over the last 10 days...Hmmmm huh? We must really be miscalculating if everyone has had an average of 5% increase in their earnings. Must be a positive bug then, right?

@ vertigoanduminas: Our remote works just like if you were going to download a ton of files off a host with say 5 simultaneous downloads going at a high rate. Not all servers, dependent on the host and its structure can handle this. You see...With RS we have a very small rate of failure while at say NL / FiSo the rate is much higher.

@ phate89: I don't get you...If you upload on webpage and you divert off to another page your upload should break (theoretically), can you elaborate?

it's fun...but this bug it's from 1-2 months...then it's not important last 10 days

we can't control statistic...we have only number like a bingo...
then 5% + or - it's only a 5% of a bingo number....
we can't control it and i'm sure fileserve not count all the download !!!
why we must accredit fileserve if we have not trasparency statistic??

If I Request the MOney in a Monday or Thursday or,...I Will Receive in the same Week? Or I only can request the Money Up to Sunday, to I received in the next week, Monday, Thursday or Wednesday?

@ happyhappy: We do and we count everything. The file manager stats are lagged behind by 1.5 days. You should try to roll your thumbs for 36 hours then to see if anyone wanted your file. Have fun.

If you don't believe in our service, you're more than welcome to start your own. Your whine has been accepted.

@ Dragao69: Official payout day is Wednesday, if you request on a Thursday, you will get it Wednesday, if you request on a Monday you will have a very high probability of receiving it on a Wednesday, if you however, requests on a Tuesday there may be a lower chance of you getting it.

now (from 2-3 months) we can't control the stats
it's important that we have transparency stats...but from 2-3 monts we haven't ???

i'm sure fileserve not count all the download...

im not an idiot...and i think fileserver is not too...
then if fileserve don't have secret can eliminate the lag in the stats...and we can control...

other service...like filesonic...have stats' in real time...we can see who download...which file !!!!...and how we get from this download...and we can control it !!!!
