A couple of users have been complaining about the downloads stopping on them or the speed being too slow

 

Tell them relax and get a better connection. Or just get IDM.

I just downloaded 1gb in 30 min............from Hong Kong.

but Honk Kong is always super fast

 

Trust me..it is not. Hong Kong has one of the worst routings in the world together with Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand etc. --- Basically all servers are located in the US or EU.

Uptime now...Much less issues

I think the techs know why you guys have a few pending files here and there.
Also the "down time" yesterday was due to some migration of servers.

 

and now the site is down

 

Huh? The site is up. Working perfectly.

Been logging in and out, scrolling up and down etc. the whole day.
Try Ctrl + F5 on the site.

RickyFS why file manager is very very slow? Isn't is time to faster?

 

payout still pending...... I usually get my payout on monday, is that normal?

I always get html pages to download instead of files.
