....The list goes on. I think I would take up too much space if I had to list every city that you visited in 48 hours just downloading away thinking we're complete idiots not noticing it.

You think people who share accounts tell us when they do? Why should we tell you when we ban you? Makes sense?

Ricky, ftp upload is atm extreme slow.

1MB/s for 8 files, normal speed is 5,6MB/s -.-

 

my acc seems to have shared (I can not control who's using it at once), why you think I share it, another person know
acc and pass I, perhaps revealing acc and pass is inevitable when you're online, but I did not notice anything from Filesever , can I do to change a password or something? What do you think about this?

I was actually thinking about getting a FileServe premium account but now I'm getting put off, it says in the FAQ's that they don't help out people whose accounts get hacked which I think is ridiculous. What the hell am I supposed to do then if isn't my fault and someone accesses my account? Also I tried sending an e-mail from the "Contact us" link on the FileServe website and it kept telling me the Captcha was wrong even though it was correct.

 

@ Bila1989: We actually do, but if you get hacked twice, we don't. We believe in second chances, but not in third chances.

I can inform you that our Captcha on our Contact Us page is working perfectly, otherwise we wouldn't get inquiries in 24 hours of the day.

With the recent account sharing problem, I would like to know what happen to those who have more than one ISP line, I mean, If they have two house and two different ISP?
of course they are in the same provider in same country. In my country almost everyone have more than one house.

 

@ pocs: It's not recent. Account sharing have been there since day 1. Some people do it more extreme than others, especially services that provide $3.95 USD for 50 services are those we target the most.

You got 2 ISPs lines to 1 house...What country do you live in that permits that? We don't recommend anyone downloading simultaneously.

a my friends say that can't download from fileserve...

nothing works, IE, firefox, chrome, jdownloader, using proxy, clearing cache/cookies, tried from different isp etc etc.

"invalid captcha" is all I get..................

can we help him?

 

Oohh really? U can't have two ISP line in one house? I mean he has two phone line with adsl at 3mbit. But he didn't download in parrellal, he upload with his two line. He is a uploader. I heard he is going to get the third line to upload. Too slow to upload in my country. To be honest, I used to have 4 line in my house. One for each people living in a house. That's why I am asking, if all the line is located around the house is ok?, if ok, I am reapply my line back haha

 

@ pocs: We have never rejected anyone from uploading with 20 lines. We have some people uploading with 5 different IPs at the same time. As long as we do not see parallel downloads with different IPs or IPs that may be suspicious to our abuse team (in case of account sharing), we really could care less if you were uploading with 1 or 100 IPs
