ricky whats wrong with ftp upload?
i see my files after 1 hour or later, every day the same.
pls fix this -.-

lol files uploaded 2 hours ago and they are not on my filemanger !!!

EDIT: after 2,5 hours the files are in the filemanager....thats not funny -.-

EDIT: next uploads, 30 minutes and still not in manager -.-

 

I have uploaded successfully via ftp but no file in FM
Pls check this problem

Files are retried every 1 hour. We are working on a fix for FTP which would take 3-4 weeks and there shouldn't be the complications of some files not appearing. Thanks

 

File manager download count not showing since 2 or 3 days

 

Dear Ricky,
I'm pretty new to Fileserve, and I'm experiencing a little problem.
I've requested my first payment last monday (7/2/11), and on the Fileserve dashboard the status of the payment was "Pending" till wednesday (9/2), when was changed to "Transferred".
However, till today nothing has appeared on my PayPal account. I've written to PayPal, and the answer is that no payment was sent..so, where's the error?

And click on "Payout"

always some problems with FS, thats absoultly not funy, fix the big problem man or add some more ftp servers man!

 

@ Koku: Correction. Has been LAGGED since Thursday. It is now 24 hours behind. It will catch up before Friday.

@ Lo_Scrondo: If it got transferred on Wednesday and you pressed Payout afterwards, you would most likely have missed the cut-off time (which is usually on a Tuesday). This means you're eligible for this week's payment cycle.

@ CinaySebeke: ?? 3-4 Weeks and there will be no "again the fucking problem with ftp uploads". Guaranteed. What do you want us to do? Can you come work for us to solve the problem and fix it immediately? -If not, please wait 3-4 weeks. Thanks.

 

3-4 week? sry but the ftp problem must be fixed fast, every user upload via ftp to our servers, so this problem is the first to solve.
i cant wait so long, i upload every day around 50GB, to solve the problem, bug new servers, thats it.

at night the files are immediately on the manager, so i think its only a speed problem -.-
