I've got problem with FTP upload

somehow I can't resume the uploads

dunno why

It always start back from 0

It's been a while me upload from FTP

ckkk, I think I know why this happens

fileserve ftp is automatically moving the files to filemanager after few minutes, even if the uploads is incomplete!

the file is being moved so it can't be resumed, damn

other sites enable users to manually manage their ftp storage

but not fileserve

so, what do I do?

@ darkjack01: You must have interpreted that response on your own terms. It states clearly that you can remote upload from your FS account or from other hosting. It doesn't specifically state that you can remote upload from FS to FS.

@ wuhugm: Correct. We move the files within a short period of time. Having people to press manual transfer is a pain for both the users (I can't imagine the complaints we would get if it wasn't automatic) and our system. I suggest you re-upload it don't have a break connection on it.

@ NewDigital: You pressed Transfer to Payable Account?

@ k1ngk0ng: With your earnings. Also no need for CC if you purchase a bigger membership, e.g. 180 days or 365 days.

and isn't the whole point of FTP is for resumable uploads?

an unresumable FTP is just the same as HTTP upload

@ wuhugm: Unfortunately we cannot please everyone. If the wait-time for moving the files from FTP to your file manager is slower, I will be hearing my noise in my ears.

I can tell you that we will have the sufficient improvements for FTP very soon. I doubt it will support "resume upload" function.

@ darkjack01: I do not have the authority to do this. As far as the TOS is concerned we do not provide refunds.

@ NewDigital: You still need to press Payout button before it will go to your Payment account that you have put in. It is not automated process.

 

RickyFS can you please look into RS->Fileserve remote upload issues. 90% of the files are transfered within minutes, but the rest 10% is never downloaded. Please fix this

@ xd7777: Try to clear the queue and re-try it again. It should work. You also checked if you got enough rapidpro credit?

@ NewDigital: If you clicked Payout in Time you will be approved for Payout (the circle-image will go into a yellow tick). Payment is on Wednesday.

 

@Ricky - there is a bug on FS. If you remote upload from a particular link and it's stuck...then I deleted it from Pending WeB Files and tried to add this link again... but it cannot be added (system thinks that its already on the pending list, even when deleted). I had to change folders on my FTP to make other link...

Can you fix this? I hope I described this problem properly.

i clicked the Payout yesterday, the circle is still there now, is it mean i'll gonna be paid on the next other week ?
