Hi, when will I receive my money back?
I was banned from Fileserve more then 3 months ago so I lost the money of that premium account, but i was "good" and now I have understood.
Then I did a big mistake I forgot to deactivate Auto Payment into my PayPal account.
A few days ago an automated payment was sent to Fileserve... Then I wrote you a lot of times, I tryied to contact your support, I wrote you a PM BUT neighter YOU (RICKY) nor Fileserve never wrote me back!
What I'm asking is a very easy thing: I would like to have this money back! I can't use this account because you banned me so THESE (and only THESE) money are the money I want back. If you can't give me the money back I will accept also a Coupon code so I'll be able to sell it to someone else and have my money back in that way.

I have the PayPal transaction ID so you'll be able to know that what I'm telling you is true.

@ lunchyboxy: As funny as it may sound "50%" difference is quite good. Some people have even lower especially people from Country D. Every attempt counts, every premium counts, every fails counts, every complete counts. A premium user can download 100 of your files and account for "1" while in your file manager he will have accumulated the "100".

I know you have complained about the speed since day 1...It's not going to change, because there's no issues with it. I'm sitting in London right now and it is perfectly working fine. When I sit in Hong Kong I load the page just fine as well.

@ foster1973: Nothing I can do about it. We pay whoever requests in time. You requested on a Tuesday. Probably after cut-off time @ 3-4AM EST. We don't work by YOUR timezone. We work by the listed timezone and it's always been like this.

@ takycardia: This is a dispute between you and Paypal.

@ all: This is holiday season. It is Chinese New Year, so all maintenance/support and staff is on holiday/spending time with their family/not online etc.

 

I just spoke with PayPal and they told me that if I don't want to flag Fileserve as a fraud website (then speak with italian police) I have to speak with you first.
I think we can solve this dispute between us.
What do you think about it? If I send you my paypal transaction ID could you please give a coupon code so I'll be able to sell it and you will not have to give me my money back? I think it will be easier for both of us...

Upload Speeds Are To Slow ComparinG With other Hosts , For other hosts it takes 30 to 60 seconds to upload 700 mb file & But In Fs it was taking Around 10 to 15 mins

Is there any place in FServe manager, where we can see total statistics for each day, where will be counted our and refferals earnings together?

 

Strange enough! Since March 2010 I always request on Monday and so far got paid, but not this week!

I agree, with just one file I can only upload at 600-700 kb/s max while with hf or fsn I can easily upload at 8-11 mb/s. But if I upload multiple files at the same time, I can reach the maximum speed of 11 mb/s...
