downloads are registered well at the earning money page, but files in file manager are still stuck at 0 downloads, even after being downloaded 50-100 times some of them. This isn't 1-2 hour problem, it's more then 2 days now, and the old files are stuck on the old numbers (not-updated).

Such information isn't irrelevant. It's VERY helpful knowing what is being downloaded (compare to what is not) and at what rate. It's orientation for me in order to know how to proceed with posting files and improve my work depending on this knowledge.

This shouldn't be thrown in the back as a side, less-important, issue "so who cares" or "it will update one beautiful day, so just wait for it dude".
Slow file-manager with live stats it's WAY better than the opposite - if that's what it takes.

 

Today, download counter started to move already but some files still left behind(dtd.1-16th).. Thanks for the efforts FS, Hope everything gets back to normal soon..

 

RickyFS, sorry friend, but the invalid account errors force people think to ban them. If not, I'm REALY REALY SORRY for my words.

And we didn't ban them. If it was anything they banned themselves from our servers by attempting to pull thousands of links simultaneously. Don't appreciate that and we have discussed this with them.

file manager have huge problems at the moment.. sometime didn't load the page at all.. sometime it loads the folders but not the files..sometimes is the opposite...

 

@Ricky..I'd like to know why the stats of downloaded files are not in real time,I mean I have some files uploaded 3 days ago,but 0 download,it's impossibile...when will you fix it?!It's almost 2 weeks that it happens...thanks...

 

Is it possible that earning stats are frozen?

I stopped posting FS links on boards many weeks ago, there's often stats delay problem, if you have a look at news on FS there are many messages about stats delay problem
If in future you'll offer a more professional service I will start uploading again on FS

 

If you stopped using us weeks ago, why are you still commenting/using us for the past...1 week?

Our stats delay problems have never affected your earnings, so if you did make money, you would know your earnings were up to par.

What I can't get over... A more professional service? You are absolute sure about that one? That's the reason we have become one of the leading filehosts out there. Free users like us, uploaders like us. In fact there aren't that many problems with us anymore.

omg ,filesonic offer lifetime premium, i just got my 2 year premium in fileserve about 2 month ago.


too bad , they got download Limit 400mb for free user, unlike fileserve can up to 2G , if not i will use their service as my backup download links, fileserve is the main download links


dont know about their payment good or not ?

@ piskin: We won't offer lifetime simply because we don't believe we can provide a service for a lifetime. In other words we cannot predict our service to be alive in 2030. That's nonsense. We are realistic, and I can guarantee you we will be here in the next 2 years without a doubt.
