if a FS premium downloads 5 diferent files at the sime time, fs will count 5 downloads but thy will pay just for 1

 

I'm not saying we're bug-free OR perfect. It's like we started to build a Ford Focus, but now we have the technology for a Lamborghini. It's hard to fit a lamborghini motor into a ford focus and make it work smooth with everything in it.

We're trying our best to eradicate one bug at a time. I'm confident to say we've managed to do quite a lot of changes to our site over the course of 10 month (in 7 days). 2011 will be the year where we try to perfect the service of FS.

You see..Earnings work, stats report work too. File Manager download count is 1day-ish behind, HOWEVER, beginning of next week we should be back on track.

Do you have any idea how many people actually just try to download, but cancel for "unknown" reasons? It's like you seeing a lucrative Adword's ad and decide to say "nope I won't click it" - Impression vs. clicks. You see the difference there? Likewise can be applied to downloads/fails/attempts/completes etc.

Ok mate Unless you're from Enterupload, I'm sure there are some who would like to disagree.

But how did your stats look when the clock turn 00:00AM?

If you are a free user; no we won't. We will count for 5 downloads and credit you with 5.
If you are a premium user; Yes we will. I'm quite sure HF is the same, just their way of wording it brings confusion and no clarification to the inquiry if you start using their contact-form on their page.

@RickyFS - 2 things

1. I ask again - can you make default for files to appear sorted from newest to oldest? Not by filename? I clicked "Upload Date" button like million times since I've beed using FS

2. File Protect only for Premium members? Sorry but is it a joke? It should be avaiable for everyone...

Sometimes, when I try to remote upload ana click on Submit, the remote upload page just get reloaded and links aren't added to pending files area.
I tried it with different browsers.

This is becoming recurrent.

 

Are the stats of how many times the files downloaded and the earned money updated in real time or take several hours to be updated?

 

the payout has'nt appeared for long, so i cant click on it. i've waited 4 a week but nothing happened.

LOL... nothign has happened to your account - click on "earnings account" and then click on transfer - no money is in your payout account... ^^

Is it possible to view DMCA removed files in order of 'date of deletion' instead of just 'date uploaded'? I don't know what files are being deleted unless they were just uploaded recently.

and what's file protect? as mentioned above.

 

Refreshing the file manager is still a pain.

 

Quit using the same finger then.

 

i have in front my files 1000 downloads but you only count 500 downloads
why ?????

Nothing is freezed, you have to go in the "My Earnings" section and send to your paypal/alertpay an amount you want!
"Amount updates at 12am EST (NY time) daily"....

After it's on your "account", just click on PAYOUT! Payouts are on Monday to Wednesday!
So when you click "payout" on Thursday, you may have to wait at least to Monday to get the money

1. Yes, new file manager will feature this.

2. File protect only for Premium users. We have already given a lot to "free" users. Time to make a few things "exclusive" for Premiums too.

@ Koku: First report. If it repeats I'll make sure to tell techs.

@ imacyh: Stats in stats report are updated according to earnings. There is ~45-60 minutes waiting before it shows up.

@ Sandman30: Soon this will be available.

with the new file manager you will be able to move not only file but also folder? i hope so

 

@ Sandman90: No one can delete your files unless they have the verification email.

@ phate89: It is not in the first update. We expect to do a lot of mods + features for the file manager once it is released. I'll try to be optimistic and say that it will come before Friday + improvements for the speed of File Manager.
