I totally agree.. Filesonic is so far better than yours
Its the same for deleting, creatinf folders, moving etc.. why don't you wantto use ajax rickyfs?

The stats are frozen....but this is not new on fileserve.
Why every week the same problem?

Ricky can you please clarify why my account is disabled? I contacted fileserve, but no respond from you service.

I got nearly 4000 files u know, as if making folders will do anything..... well, it'll do, but let's say 10 files goes to 1 folder, then it'll be 400 folders, damn that's a lot, not that it matters since even when inside a folder, after renaming it will bounce back to http://www.fileserve.com/file-manager.php, the manager main page

I don't favor Filesonic cuz like rapidshare they harass free users severely

 

More folders you do more the problem of the reloading of the page shows up.. i have 4000 files too.. and everytime i do something i have to go to the right folder... 10 files to rename in folders xxx/yy/zzz? rename a file and return to the folder, rename a file and return to the folder, rename a file and return to the folder etc etc etc

 

Today stats frozen. plz fix this problem.

Whatever happened to stats on the 19, it looked like the frozen stats issue was resolved earlier on the 19 and all fine till the 20 when $$tats were reset it seems and went to mark 1.52 USD only.

Stats for December 20 seem to be ok thou.

ever since i signed up for filserve premium account i get this message.. "Unsuccessful File Upload Failed! Please try again." not really a good impression being that i signed up for premium after folks ranting and raving on how good you guys were... any feed back on this???

 

Did you try using a ftp client?

 

why I have less downloads on statistic of files than number of download of each one? I mean I have 4 files uploaded last 3 days and I had on them on total of 700 downloads... but on statistic I have 350-400... why ? why you are not honest

 

If we really wanted to cheat you, don't you think we would have thought a little bit harder?

Anyway. To your question: We like to tell you how popular your file is by showing you how many has attempted/failed/completed/premiums been trying to download your files more than 1x. In your stats report it is the actual number of completed by uniques.

You tried another browser? What browser are you using and what version?

 

Does Fileserve accept remote upload from Uploading ?

 

Fileserve do not block any remote uploading from hosts - the hosts may stop it though e.g. hotfile do not allow remote uploading from their servers... just try it and find out

 

I tried to remote a small file from Uploading to Fileserve, 1 hour and still pending , tried the same file with Filesonic, 5 sec

 

Hi Fileserve Staff.

There is a lot of problems since 2 days on the site
1> THe site always disconnect my account without any sense. i upload a file then i just want to see if the file is on my account but they ask me to enter my login+password coz the site have disconnect my account during the upload.
i have to insert 4 times my login+pass in 10 hours of activirty on the site on a day.
2> the Download stats are no more count since 2 days, some files are still on "0" like download and it's not logical.

 

@ phate89: The bouncing back we will have rectified.

@ Koku: Maybe they blocked us? I can see we are not receiving any files from them. I'll have techs check and see if they really did 404 us

@ gunnm412: That could be a cookie issue on your behalf. We haven't changed anything - especially not on a weekend.

I don't know which files you're talking about...Could you PM me your username + the files involved?
