yeah they do shaves download I upload two files that have 500 download in less then one day and 1 files that have 700 download and it said that I only have 1000 total download.

How much time does it take to transfer the money from Earnings Account to Payout Account and finally to my Paypal Account. I asked for my first transfer from Earning account to Payout account yesterday and the status is still pending.

Since this is the first Payout for me therefore I would like to know.

Edit : The amount has been transferred to the Payout account and I have asked for a payment.

@ knight_of_honour: That must be why we pay the highest somehow for pay per download

@ viper2500: You don't think we would have done it smarter then, i.e. synchronizing the file manager stats with the statistics report? We don't shave and we've never shaven.

anybody else have slow stats today?

 

Today I have 57 downloads of file size over 450 mb but the stats show only 36 downloads. So where is the extra 21 downloads. Why weren't they counted? See the pics below:

It seems many people have problems with payment for the last 2 weeks

@ foster1973: The 21 was either: Failed, downloaded twice or completed more than 1x. Try yourself - Go download your file 10x, try to complete it 5x, try to fail it 3x and try to download as a Premium 2x. You'll see.

@ HappyKing: I do not do the payments, nor check them, nor crunch the numbers or whatever. Other people do that

@ Tsarkh: How they going to share their info if the file is going to end up on their account instead of yours?

 

I've the same problem but with Paypal.

the money haven't been send to my paypal account yet but the sum have been removed from my total earning filserve account.
the tick is still on "approved", when it will be changed to "paid", i've to wait how many time ?

i've no prob like this in past.

Yellow tick mark means that your payment is approved and will be sent Wednesday !

You can read here : http://www.fileserve.com/partner-info.php in Rules & conditions area :

- "We approve all requested payments every Monday " means that you have to transfer to the account payable + request payout before Monday

- " and payout thereafter within 2 days " = Wednesday

Then why the hell do the failed or incompleted downloads show up in file manager to confuse us? This not the case in hotfile.
