I can not believe that a person like you, who owns a company that treats its own level of stupid users simply provide technical support.

Simply expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, if I committed any offense that let me know and give me definitive answers, just that if I am responsible for something you say is true and if I say I honestly am not a liar, if I made the need I say it and meet my consequences but I mean that sincerely, with the simple fact most things beaks.

Answer messages as they want and pay no attention to other users, answer only those who want and those who give you the win.

Thank you very much for your attention and I humbly ask for more respect to users, more than one person ultimate authority.

Do not put this message to create controversy, just expressing my dissatisfaction with the service as you offer users a company as big as fileserver and has no desk, only RyckyFS is responsible for everything? A question I've always wanted to know.

@ Konderbag: You chose to play a poker game with me over PM when I was asking you to reveal all cards and put them on the table. I asked you how you averaged 60 GB a day from 3 different countries. Your answers were shabby, and did not meet a certain standard that I was looking for. It looked more like you trying to avoid the questions than actually answering them.

I asked you first how you managed to do 60GB a day
Your answer: You downloaded 46GB blu-rays...Now personally I do not know of many 46GB bluerays found on our system since we only allow for 2GB files, but that lead me to the next question.
How come 60GB of it was 3700 files? Does that make any sense to you now?
You didn't know what to answer because you knowingly have been trying to screw us.

You try to play the game of either acting stupid or consciously knowing you did something wrong, i.e. account sharing, and knowingly avoiding my questions.

There's nothing more I can do when you try to plea that you download 46GB of ONE blu-ray a day, when we see on black and white that it isn't and wasn't. Is that direct lying or just trying to think we're complete jackasses?

For the record, again, I do not own the company.

You're trying to divert this whole disabling of your account to me treating the users. I treat people with the utmost respect if they can keep it civilized. I only return the ball that's thrown. Everyone who has shown some level of respect when PM'ing me and writing on the board has been given an answer that was to the level they would have expected themselves. I have no qualms with telling someone to go blow themselves if they've told me to go do one first. Don't expect I'll bend for you just because you tried to screw us and you were (paste tense) a customer.

@ piskin: It's an up and down thing with MU. I can tell you that we will look into how to troubleshoot it on Monday and get it working. I believe other hosts are experiencing same difficulties getting the remote working with them.

@ xaeder: Glad to hear that - It was the intention of improving the file manager. Unexpected shit just happened, so 3 days of hell of recovering everything for you guys.

For the FSn => FS...We'll look into it. FSn => FS has not been the most stable recently from looking at the stats. RS and NL wins this. Our main focus is to get MU working again, properly.

@ shionxx: Stats will be fixed and go back to normal today...I'll almost eat my sour socks on that statement.

@ foster1973: PM me the link and let me know - Maybe we can sort it out. No promises made on that.

 

Fileserve's problem that some forums/warez websites is disallowing it because of his storage limit.
hope you fix it asap

Stats from 2 Dec are now added but I think they are a bit low. Anyway thanks for retrieving it. Some kind of bonus would be appreciated RickyFS. Indeed there is a "Bonus" section in the earnings summary (I have 0.18 bonus from March I think). Maybe it's time to get back to bonus again

...Are you guys always expecting increase in earnings or just constant straight line? There's something called fluctuation and we see it across many accounts. So maybe the day for all affiliates on Thursday was worse than Wednesday...Not much of a big deal. I'll bite my sock if you tell me you get a low on weekends vs. your weekdays; that should be how you measure, how you're doing.

We don't specifically pin point one account and go "ugh he earned 19 yesterday, now let's just adjust him to 17 and then we will take some downloads away from country A and B and C and ...nah we'll leave D" - We, deep down, really don't care as long as your earnings are legit.

i can confirm that the statistics are wrong.

i registered on 1dec2010 to fileserve.

From this past 3 days i have uploaded 97 files.

in the my files folder today and now i have way over 110 downloads since 1dec until today.

But when they updated the stats i only got 41 downloads???

how is this posible?

Personally friday is a very good day to me i uploaded the same kind of file plus some new file than previous week but i still get 20% less than the week before... for sure there are other factors external and unpredictable but 20% is a big change (i guess that actually friday earnings are realtime for friday now since you remove the warning from the page and earnings are growings slowly but constantly)...and same thing for thursday..

 

For me earnings are upto date without any loss, thank you FS
