Ive just noticed that remote from filesonic to fileserve still impossible,maybe it happens with just me or someone else is noticed this too? Sometimes 60-70% of the remote files were accepted, but for an example, since two days, all of the remote files were rejected with unexpected download error message. And if i try again to remote the failed files (that means copy the urls in to the remote box,an push upload button) nothing happens,the page just reloads without any message, and i dont see them on the pending list. My filesonic premium is still working, so im a bit confused. RickyFS ,im just curious that since you mentioned that you had a talk with filesonic and everything back to normal, is anything changed?

Now we are waiting for 1st and 2nd December.

 

why the earnings dropped so much?

Always below or little above 1 second. 2Mb/s home connection.

 

Might be your location or something, opens fine for me, couple secs.

Check the news - they are having issues thanks to a filemanager update :S
all stats are recorded but will not be added until they fix
so you may have a few days on $0 but you will then have one day with $50 or w/e

so all states are delayed basically

1st of December should be fully updated soon. After that we can start cracking on with the 2nd of December - Sorry for the inconvenience guys.
Would we have done it differently if we predicted this? Properly.
Can we reverse back in time? No.
Are you guys losing money? No.
Will the stats be back to normal? Yes.
Will we have contests? Properly.
Will we push out a bonus due to this massive screw up? Possibly.

Think that answers all the questions and doubts.

@ elamigos: File Manager is loading fast. Tested on accounts with TBs in them.

@ Expiatory: The errors we're getting:
Login failed
File do not exist

We haven't changed anything on our remote servers, so maybe you can consult Filesonic?

@RickyFS - are you sure that earnings from 29 Nov are accurate? Cause my stats from 29 are still almost nothing, like from 1st and 2nd December:








Earning from 30 Nov seem ok now though.

Yeah, and it's easier if the people just saw the news on the site in the first place. But maybe you need to highlight the news link, maybe put it somewhere up?

 

Might just pop it into people's faces in size 25 letters.....And then people will just discard and close it because they think it is not relevant to them, and go in here and ask same questions all over again. It's hard to please a mass sometimes

Remote uploading is still very unstable. It is always showing "connection time out" error.
