Another thing aside the file names become all questions marks is that the files which are in question marks are "no longer accessible"
and when I create new folders, they show up on the file manager but when I want to move files into them they do no show up in the window where you can select the folders

No it is because during the maintenance it messed up - The files are still there, but they just changed name because chinese/japanese/foreign characters were not recognized. Techs are on this to try to retrieve the original filenames again.

28 november 2010 i have been hacked by someone,, all my files was delete with FTP loggin...
Today 30 november 2010, i have started reupload again with 10 files,, and now (10:30 PM *GTM+7) ALL MY FILES WAS GONE AGAIN...!! Please help me...!!

Please HELP Me..!! I have call someone from fileserve named cherry,, she always helping me with my problem on fileserver,, i cant contact her anymore,, she ignore me.. T.T

 

@ perkmason: Yes, seems there's a low in the overall earnings today. Nothing that we are responsible for.

@ Dimas: No one can delete files via FTP login only. Storage doesn't synchronize with the FTP so that's basically blabber. Please PM me what you need changed

@RickyFS - From files I uploaded yesterday I have over 2000 downloads and... 15 counted... I don't think that somebody with a premium downloaded my file 500 times in a row

Remote uploading is working very slowly. Please look into it. Now it's not working at all.

Why don't you add a delete button to dmca delete files? it's a mess looking into it..
Or at least insert the date/time of deleting..not uploading.. of a deleted file i don't care when i upload it but when you remove it..
Btw... where is finished the new file manager? 1 month ago filesonic had a worse file manager than yours... but they improve it step by step and now is dramatically better...

Last thing... It's not possible to add a ftp dedicated upload server in europe like filesonic does? filesonic when you choose ftp upload method have 2 different servers you can use.one in usa and the other in europe..so people that have a european server and gets slow upload speed in usa (like me with your server, 500 kbps vs 2/3 mb) servers can use the european server... Naturally it's a big step and i don't mind if you don't do it..it's only a suggestion

Found this thread through google, not sure if it's the right place to ask.
I've wanted to give Fileserve a try, but I can't upgrade to premium. I'm paying with a visa card through paypal. After the paypal payment page it directs me back to Fileserve, which says: "Payment failed! Please try again later."
It's been doing this for days now. To the best of my knowledge there's nothing wrong with the card, been using it regularly for monthly payments on other hosting sites.
Any suggestions?

 

try registering at paypal and then try purchasing paypal is free and easy
