I got zero earnings and I just finished my ftp upload. I hope the uploaded files don't get corrupted.

Same problem here. Will assume it is because they are installing new servers and want to do it all perfect.

But it is the second time in one month that we can't work properly with FS. So please, fix it once and for all.

The earnings going to $0 is a temporary issue - Your money will return, and it will be shown.


Furthermore... Our host has been giving us promises that they haven't been able to live up to - We only relay what they tell us regarding the delivery of servers. Our servers didn't come, and we are now escalating this issue to the top of their management.

@ librebajada: I'd hope that this downtime will be fixed ASAP! I haven't been informed of when it is fixable/up again.

If the new servers will come this week everything should be fine

some trouble my side :
- I can't rename files : it's written "file renamed OK" but nothing changed
- I can't move files to folder : it's written "file moved OK" but nothing changed

WTF?

 

My files already moved, but when I check it, it still in the old folder.

When I wanna move it again, it say "Error is found when File is moving"

Why? I hope the files won't be corrupted.

 

and I have 2 pending files in remote queue since 8Hours!!!!!!!! only +100Mb files

Hello When it was solved of the remotto? It does not load the files ........ I load them he says accepted and not aparacen in the listadode files, I wait estee for every very prompt ok ... regards

 

So does Fileserve counts both premium sales + downloads each day for payment? Filefactory only counts which one is higher on that day
