Is it possible to have direct download links (for remote upload from Fileserve) with a Fileserve premium account ?

@ Koku: No direct links expire relatively quick to deter people from being a free user downloading as a Premium (with no wait)

You can still use our remote upload to other hosts - it is working perfect.

why the download & referrals and my sites earning in earning account are separate. can you merge it ?. coz i have 2.25usd in my sites earning . I have to wait until 20USD only i can transfer the balance to Payout account.

@ piskin: It isn't included because there's a 30 day "quarantine" on My Sites payments in order to prevent fraud.

When the maintenance will be over ? I can't enter in site and upload..

 

i can't upload files until the maintenance will be over. It says from "02-06 am" and now are the 9 Am. Are you having problems with that?

 

It should be fine now and we're back running.

 

I upload files with FTP (with Filezilla) but I can upload only 1 file (with 250 kb/s) and if I want to upload simultaneously another file this file is loading with very low speed. Why ?

 

It should be loading with the same speed. Tried to reconnect and upload again?

Last 2 nights I am getting 1/2 download speed I get during the day what is up??

 

I am a premium member of fileserve.
but for the last 6 days I have been blocked.
I can not load fileserve homepage.
all fileserve links are uncheckable in firefox & JDownloader.
I have tried IE,Firefox,Google Chrome, fileserve site times out.
ping & traceroute work.

is Fileserve Blocking me?

I have not upload anything yet.
I have downloaded files.

I can not even get customer support because I can not get to the fileserve web page.

any help appreciated.

@brad999 - check from a different computer - maybe your upload server or w/e - may be your ISP

 

@ Brad999: If you've been using a script to attempt to bypass our system that may be the answer to your problem.

@ DJboutit2: Shouldn't be on our end. We just added a ton of more servers, so things should be running even better.
