I converted my free account to premium account (22.11.2010). (23.11.2010) my account disable ( Display "USER DISABLED" ). Capacity of my account is about 500GB.i get so much hard to upload these data.i have sent the message two times to fileserve but they didn't reply me yet.
fileserve is best file sharing company.I have worked with fileserve since last two months.but i haven't face this type of problem.so i am looking forward while you solve this.

Why is the download speed the same low speed of around 100kb/s for both free and premium, what happened to my unlimited speed I thought you get when you go premium? Does it need tuning or something.

I message you from 6 times. sir why are you didn't reply me. if you cannot unblock my account plz tell me what is the reason for it. if you cannot tell reason for it plz delete my account(then i can create a new account). i join with fileserve from two month because of i am trusting you. In the last two months fileserve paid me on the time. but suddenly what happened my account, after i shifted premium account.i am not share my premium account with anybody. there is not opportunity to share with anybody. because of my account is block after one day, premium account conservation.i didn't download anything. why didn't company get any responsibility about my account after i contact them. i beg other members in this forum, plz help me in this problem. there is any doubt full reason in this problem for neglect my inquiries.

RickyFS - how quickly do FS respond to DMCA requests? as im sure the law just says summet like deal with it in a timely manner - id take 3 days as a timely manner but HF deletes like 1min after... ^^ I was wondering your speed?

If is it not can you delete my account details. like as payment method email address.After you will delete it i want to create new account with 6 month premium. Is there any posibility to create new account for blocked account.

ricky has mentioned loads of times - if your account is banned deal with it - just make another account and dont go against their rules

 

Is true that Fileserve is not counted all downloads ? Some friends told me that their status not show all the downloads.
