Now there is a time limit between files for free users this might be bad if you make the wait longer than 10 min users will go elsewhere. Before tonight I have able to download like 5 to 7 file in a row without any waits in between downloads

@ DJboutit2: We don't allow for simultaneous downloads as a Free user anymore. I doubt people will run away because they have to wait 10 minutes after their download session. No other host allowed for simultaneous downloads, but seeing as we like to give people what they want, people usually take it for granted and start abusing the service.

If you want simultaneous downloads I suggest you buy a Premium account.


@ jontan: No they've been running just fine and should run even better, as we do not allow for simultaneous downloads by free users.

 

I never said anything about simultaneous downloads I was talking about wait times between files for free users

 

And that is still 10 minutes.

As explained earlier, free users were able to download a 2GB file, and while downloading, they only had to wait 10 minutes, before being able to initiate a new download, thus, downloading 2 files at the same time. That era is over.

 

It's just impossible to download, captchas are not working and i'm losing A LOT of downloads

 

the captchas are fine for me - just try a few... ^^

 

fine for you but those unsuccessful downloads adds up and many users will refuse to download from fileserve in the future.

 

@ Markuf: You typed the wrong captcha previously and then you try to depict this one as wrong - Don't know if that was on purpose on your behalf, but I'll leave you with the benefit of the doubt.

@ Tre2k4: Our captchas are working just fine.

 

Obviously i've tried that one too and fails again, i'm not stupid... The first one was correctly written too.

I simply show you that i type them correctly

 

I have only 50-100kB/s for upload on 100Mb/s FREE line. Usually I had 600-700kB/s per file, so I put 6 and had about 3-4MB/s. Why now it is so slow?

 

@ RickyFS: Unfortunately th problem continue. I change my NIC address and my IP change, during 1 hour more or less it works fine, but after that the website doesn`t load, I change again my NIC address to change my IP and I can load the website but the problem comes back after an hour. If I change my NIC address to a previous one the problem continue, It always has to be a new NIC address.
I can`t be changing my NIC address every hour. Can it be possible that my IP gets block by FS because I connect from different IP? I allways connect to FS from the same computer.

 

As far as i know fileserve uses reCAPTCHA, so if you have trouble with it you need to place your complaint at google

@ Markuf: Second one should have gone through. Don't know how you think we cheat you with the captcha as that's an API to recaptcha.net. We don't check them, so if you're going to complain, email google - They own recaptcha.net

@ Romax: Why are you actually connecting to us so many times?? To download?

 

mid-week is over, Ricky ,file manager is still soooooooooooo slow. Can you confirm the fix is coming ?

 

@ RickyFS: I try to enter the website several times till it load, then I try to log in and the website doesn`t load. probably it show you I`m connecting but the website doesn`t load. sometimes (very rare) I can connect and see my account but not for long. I`m constantly trying to connect to see if I still have the problem.
and I also try to download some files (like movies or series) from other users but I can`t download because the website doesn`t load.

 

yep...it's impossible to use...i hope a fix for the end of the week or i must change host

 

@ papucsa: Techs started studying a fix for it yesterday (late), so they're still brainstorming and working for a fix. We had to patch up another glitch on our system.

@ happyhappy: That's quite abrupt, but your choice.

@ Romax: I don't see that on my end..Even as anonymous user.

Wait a little bit more. Not like we sit on our hands doing nothing. We know about this issue and we want it to work just as much (if not more) as you do.
