the file manager is constantly dropping me from about an hour

 

Dropping you? What does that mean?

 

i don`t think so i was reported, becouse yesterday i upload one serial the vampire diaries and the files was deleted after 7-8hrs i reupload.. and files was deleted again very soon i don`t think soo.. someone report me again for this short time... many people have the same files and names but only my was deleted if that is copyright why admin not remove all files with the same names why only my files it`s strange for me..

 

I have some problems with FileServe accessibility too and i found that is due to cookies. When i delete all FileServe cookies, so the site is loading fast, but when i login and cookies are created, so site slowdowns and finally it takes about one minute or two to respond when i click on something. Only logout and deleting cookies it solves, but again only temporarily. Tested with latest Chrome and Firefox, both same results.

 

I have (MU-FS) remote upload problems since yesterday. All files are still in pending process, doesn't matter if small or big, all still pending..I have tried loggin in and out, as well as deleting the pending files and remote uploading just one small file..but it doesn't work either..Anyone else who has the same problems too?

Hi guys,i,m new fileserve premium,tested 2 weeks some links to high traffic forum and received 440 downloads(File manager)...but surprise:in statistic report was counted just 270 dl.
Why the difference between real downloads and counted downloads is too high?Fileserve claim to pay for all countries

 

I had the problem too. They told me the stats are completed downloads while the filemanager records completed and attempted downloads

 

It is an explanation, thanks TRE2K4,but something's fishy here

 

@ ~yu: What is there to look in your account? Please check your username and password for MU, also make sure that direct download is activated and that you paste the links correctly: http://username:password@megaupload.com/?d=XXXXX

@ jonel: Why is it fishy? If we really did want to mess with you, we wouldn't show 2 different numbers would we? Read the star of the bottom of the file manager page.

 

Ok,now i understand,but it is confusing for new members...why do not count just finished downloads,like other filehosts?

 

It's a way of tracking how "hot" your files are by indicating how many people attempt, fail, succeed, premiums etc. with your fail
The statistical report is the one you should be looking at for completed downloads

 

Like who, hotfile does the same thing

 

Thanks for the tip! It works now on this way! I usually put my username and password in the 'alternative fields' below the links to upload and have been fine RU that way, that is untill yesterday..but anyway it works now..YAY!

 

Glad that worked out for you. I'll get someone to check for the option of putting in username and password into the boxes

 

Ricky, what about if some friends and i buy a account only for download?, can we do that? (not upload or something like that to take profit). Megaupload has 5 max ip's dl, but dont know about fileserve. Ty

Ehum, help?...Now it doesn't work on both ways (all files stays pending, in both ways); either thru putting the username + password in the alternative fields below the links or putting them up like this: http://username: password@megaupload.com/?d=XXXXXXXXX

I've checked again..and it doesn't work anymore by putting them up like this: http://username: password@megaupload.com/?d=XXXXXXXXX. I mean the green box does not show, says: Success: Your file(s) are under processing: Also don't see the links show up in the pending files..

Altho RU seems to work now by putting the username + password in the alternative fields below; the green box says: Success: Your file(s) are under processing:. And I do see them in my pending files list..but it says pending all the while, while it's not peak hour and some files are small sized??
