I would like to know if there is a way to stop the recurring payment to paypal as I prefer extend my premium account in dollars by using my earning account from Fileserve.

I recommend everybody uses alertpay, they are offshore, accept asian countries and fileserve pay with them

Alertpay is a joke, their servers or backend are terrible. I have been trying to upload their verification docs for hours, just keeps failing. Obviously failed to realise fileserve using them may possibly require more server resources

I don't think i'd trust my money to these guys after being burned by epassporte, stick with paypal if you can or don't leave much in alertpay if using it. Any company unable to see 1 min into the future, like fileserve using them as payment option may well lead to them need more resources will be unable to see anything else coming.

Use with caution if at all.

@want2makecash - ive never had a problem with them - site's fast - verification took me like 10mins (via txt msg) and it allows me to transfer money to friends I have in pakistan etc..

@ marhahajcs: No, we had to figure out why we couldn't send out mass-payment, so it took a little extra time. We sent out the payment 8AM on a Thursday. Big fuckin deal. Payments will be on par with PP and Webmoney for Wednesdays.

@ MBX5T: You using Firefox? What are your browser specs?

@ Cinay: Yes, we had a little block on our FTP yesterday which meant that files didn't go through properly. All should be fixed now.

@ Want2makecash: ePass burned everyone. Allegedly it had something to do with whitewashing, porn and gambling. As far as I know Alertpay doesn't face the same legal issues as they're based out of Canada. We wouldn't be choosing to use them if it wasn't because they have a longstanding track-record.

The verification for the card means that you have to upload a pic of your passport and a bill addressed to you at your home. I still can't upload those through the alertpay console. It just times out, i tried from another pc at another location - same thing happenend. It is either broken or else the max connections for upload are maxed out for them. This is not a good sign either way for them.

 

Ricky pls fix the problem with slow loading the page!
my internet connection have no problems, i load every page in 1 - 2 seconds only fileserve need EXTREME!!! to open the page

its not only me with this problem, u can make a thread on gulli.com board and ready answer from other europe people with same problem!

 

Looks like your the only one with this problem, and i doubt that a german board like gulli can speak for the whole of Europe.....

im in austria, i have a 1GB/s server in france, and there is the same problem!

maybe the problem is not fixable by fileserve but from the provider of fileserve.
and no, i'm not only the one with this problem, i get daily lot of pm's with subject, fileserve page down or dont open or somthing like that, becouse the users dont wait 2 minutes
