After 24 hour everything moved automatically.
BUT I don't like SM. I have a Premium account, my friend gave it to me to test.

SM is very bad. Premium download speed is terrible, not to mention free speed.
Your site is the best right after Rapidshare.

I've connected directly to the internet (DSL), without my Linksys WRT110 router.
And everything works fine, no connection lost at FTP upload. Look at my log below.

So, this is really a router problem. Can I do some changes in settings to work?
If anybody knows a tip, it is welcomed.

I experienced the same, but I tried it later again and then OK.

 

Try wait for the file. Right now all these actions are unstable until we get the new servers up

I have found a solution. Not the best but at least there is one:

 

I still have problems for upload files If i upload throught FTP, it takes a lot of time to give me the links and always some parts stay pending for days. And if i try to upload with File&Image Uploader, when i reach the 30% of the transfer it freezes.

I hope you´re working to solve this

 

FTP Upload is important for all uploader. please fix it as soon as possible. Thanks

Still can´t resume some files by FTP, anyway i will erase them & reupload it. Thanks for the info Ricky

 

@ librebajada: Resume with smartftp works - Only if you end up on the same server when you disconnect. That's the reports from other users - We haven't officially tested this.

 

@Ricky: Thank you for solving the problems. Works good on my end now, I can finally upload. And the speed is good too, 20 minutes or so/file.

 

@ SatinChic: Perfect. Thank the tech team for losing sleep (they had to) for setting and configuring the new servers. We will be adding a bunch more, so everything is smooth on the weekend. Enjoy!

What happened to free download speed?
You have more servers and worse speed?

Free download speed has been so far between 150 and 300 KB/s

Now only max. 30 KB/s
