The competition will get removed, also we're still working on the new version, we did few more changes which are the reason for the delay

Hi, I've just registered an acc with DL to see the difference in download speed for free registered and non-registered users.

Here are the results:
Logged-in: speed floats from 60kbps to 170kbps
Logged-out: speed floats from 35kbps to 90kbps.

Does this mean that you make difference between free registered and non-registered users?

Good news for me is that you dont make free users to wait between downloads like one file per 30 or 10 minutes...(correct me if I am wrong, please). This is pretty much like megaupload - which is very nice of you!

However you state that you only count one download per IP within 24 hours, which actually means that you are disregarding downloads of other files made from such IP for the rest of the day. And THIS is terrible!!!

Also, I am not sure I undertand your country policy. The only thing you say is this:
We support all relevant countries for the partner program: All Countrys supported!. But...
a) this wording has ...lets say...not much to do with downloads, it rather says that you suppoprt uploaders (your partners) from relevant/all countries, which actually makes no sense. All we want to know is Do You Count Downloads From All Countries?
b) Eeven if, in some way, this wording pertains only to the dowloads, theres is still unceratinty abt eligible countries because you first say that there is actually a list of some relevant countries (potentially meaning that there should be also some "irrelevant countries"), and then sort of change your mind and proclime all countires eligible for download counts.

We count from every countrie, also we count every countrie the same way ( 1000 downloads from japan are the same as 1000 downloads from germany) thats the reason for the 24 hours ip rule, its pretty hard to offer all countries on the same tier and counting all downloads, but we'll change the 24 hours ip rule soon into something which is better for the users.

For that just write me a PM with your username and user ID.

2ndly it gives the admins graphs showing visitors etc...

 

I want to know if do you accept remote upload from fileserve & filesonic.

I'm trying to RU but nothing appears on the file manager one hour after ..

 

it's working with MEGAUPLOAD not accept FILESERVE or FILESONIC !
